Were you looking in the right place? If you go to the main site and click on "Specials", you'll see the shirt for sale that day. As of this posting, the Far Dareis Mai shirt is for sale.

If you were looking in the right place, then maybe they got behind and started later than originally planned. In any case, it's going on now.
