He was also very clear on giving people time before he jumped in with judgment at the beginning of Star Fox. Could be a confidence/game difference thing, could be alignment.

 

Aaand the style of approach changed _after_ the differences between here and StarFox were pointed out.

 

OTOH his approach with Dice and Sili does follow a similar format to NAC vote/Star Fox. And I can totally understand the play styles of all three of the players he's reading scum as pingy, especially before you've seen them repeatedly play that way.

 

But he's also not considering input on any of them from others though after his cases/votes and that bothers me. ?Personality or alignment driven there?

Basically if my random at a glance reading earlier tonight makes me feel about Sili how I think it will and not much else changes my POE is coming down to AJ Tiink Lenlo Dice as the least resolved with Kat and well pretty much everyone else giving me doubts here and there but not immediate concerns.  I think I've been too unavailable to feel as strongly villa as I would like atp about anyone.

I mean I guess he could have been bold enough to think "I'll see if this village is dumb enough to just let me shout my way to victory and if they aren't I'll just back off before there's time for much backlash" but in that case I'd expect him to be more open and willing to roll with suggestions that he was doing it for reactions.  The baseline of taking a strong stance and extracting an agenda from weak material is the same.  IIRC there was no opportunity for follow-throw because the game had accumulated the equivalent of like 300 DM pages by the time he showed back up again.

He did make changes after the backlash though, and so far he doesn't read to me as the type of player who backs down at any point.

 

The bold has all crossed my mind. I was reading the fact he did the reverse of the underlined as pingy, in line with his tone and tunnel vision, but that's a tunnel of my own and as above it's possible those things are his play personality rather than alignment.
