Some of my thoughts are hard to articulate until I find the right way to say them, so IDK what you are looking for. A lot of my reads are pattern recognition or instinctual.

Well I'm still as confused about the Alanna and Kat exchange as I was yesterday. The point Alanna seemed to be making about Kat trying to get by with trying to appear contributive while not actually contributing doesn't seem accurate to me, but it's not a smoking gun.

Neither came out smelling like roses tbh and I just need to see more points.

 

In conclusion: idk, I could lynch the Hydra I guess.

 

I'd like to hear specifics on why others are suspicious of them.

 

Depending on how you're interpreting contributing, I really have a big problem with her statement.  I definitely don't think Kat contributed anything early on, but still made an effort to make it known she was following along.  

 

^ This... Clov gets me. I wasn't trying to contribute. At the time I posted there was some kinda thing going on that I didn't really get anything out of. Lainey called my posts fluff and me "trying to look like i'm contributing" I was letting everyone know i was here... that was all. It was in fact fluff and me not trying to contribute and maybe a little bit trying to diffuse the situation. Then I got annoyed lol... I wasn't "as wordy as I  usually am" because I didn't have anything to be wordy about? I mean... really. it was one thing I was harping on... I'm not going to write 5 paragraphs on it. When I actually get into the game and can make some good reads I'll be wordy lol... but until I have data there's nothing to talk about. 

 

Speaking of reads ya'll are a bunch of abrasive argumentative people this game aren't you.... how annoying is that... And btw being argumentative on D1 is not towny. it's just annoying and skews reads, so unless you are mafia and TRYING to skew reads by picking fights maybe you shouldn't (especially on D1) because normally it just moves everyone from honestly trying to figure people out to being defensive and shutting down and making it hard to read anyone. Also it will give mafia a good excuse to not say anything and then when you say "well why aren't you posting" they'll just say they weren't wanting to get in the middle of the fight and it gives them a perfect excuse to just sit back and watch and not implicate themselves in anyway.... it also discourages Town from posting and getting pulled into it and being implicated as well. So in other words it makes OTHER people not post and doesn't really serve a whole lot of purpose... so for the time being can't we all just pretend to be friendly if not friends?? lol

It's funny that you guys criticize me for a lack of transparency when all you seem to be really saying is "I want you to make some stuff up for why you feel a certain way"

 

The way I think has always required processing time. There are games I totally don't have a clue and have to scrape my knees to get there! I have had no psychic visions this game, I'm just reading the thread and doing my best with it.

 

If you firmly believe the only way to play the game is through LARGE COARSE LOGICAL ARGUMENTS, that's why games like Mafia Karts happen where you get wrecked because you can't actually beat one of the wolves because he's a far better arguer than you are.

 

It shouldn't be about lynching the worst arguers, it should be about lynching the most likely people to be wolves.

Okay...now that I have more time, though I am still not fully read through (i've had a lot of interruptions today):

 

1. Sili Quirrels: town - he's not as aggressive as he was the last time we played together and he was mafia then.  Also he has been itt more than in the other game, answering questions and making statements.

2. Wildfire Sedai (PrincessBFlea): town - tis me, I know I'm town.

3. Zalanna: town - hasn't been posting crazy amounts in thread (z) , they both have been answering questions afaict from what i have read so far

4. Andrej: town - has been asking questions and answering them when asked

5. Hallia: town/mafia as I was going to give a reason for her being town, it occured to me that she might just be on the edge of being mafia....low post count and not that much investigating going on.

6. Katiora: town/mafia - Kat was mafia in the last 2 games I was in with her, only 2 games to be exact.  She has posted more here than she did then atp in game.  However she "always" seems to get into a "ruckus" with someone during the game play, coincidence??

7. Cory: town/mafia - town because he takes the time to quote things and give explanations, mafia because of all the "ruckus" that was happening around him.

8. Clovdyx : mafia - am going to wait till after supper to do this one cause I can't remember off the top of my head why.

9. BFG: mafia -  am going to wait till after supper to do this one cause I can't remember off the top of my head why.

10. Darthe: town/mafia - town because he is proactive in responding to posts about his alignment and asking/answering questions. Mafia because of low posts...when I was in HIS game he thanked me for being active but he's not active here...it just doesn't add up

11. Regy Rusty: town - asked/ answered questions in a good manner

12. Sirren: town - Kept her cool when she felt hurt and continued playing the game.  Asks good questions and answers them.

13. Seph: town/mafia - I know I originally had him as town but then been thinking on it and he hasn't posted that much so thinking might be mafia "Lurking?" Just a thought....other than that though town for questions/answers.

I don't know how to articulate this other than saying that normally I can read your posts and know what your reads will be without you having to state them, this game you're telling us and I still don't know the why for half of them.

BFG the only way I can really explain this is:

Yes I like to my instructive posts where I explain why x is x and y is y but I almost only make those posts once I feel comfortable people are listening

 

You'll get some of that reading my posts today as I've started to get more comfortable in the game after a rather stressful open and I've been more vocal about why I see certain players is specific lights

 

Yesterday I didn't have a great deal of confidence in my reads besides Hallia and Sili (which I feel less confident in now then I did then regardless) so it probably clammed me up a bit in being "instructive"

 

I usually save those for when I feel I'm right and I feel people are listening
