I dont have a lot of exp with her but iirc she did this in Mario Karts.

She'll do it, but I wouldn't say she's particularly dependent on it.  I've also played with her for a grand total of two day phases, and I've been mafia both times.  

 

In the more recent game, she played up a townread on me and asked me a couple loaded questions that I blew off because I was never around when she was, and she ended up letting it go to a tie between me and her mason partner.  I mean, until my teammates bussed me with 10 seconds left in the phase, anyways.  I don't remember most of the interactions she had with other players.

 

Mafia Karts, I don't remember her talking much to IR early on and forming a strong scumread on him or talking much to Celeste early on and forming a strong townread on her.

I don't think that post is particularly scummy, compared to other stuff, I just disagree with clearing her for it. And so far you're clearing her for 2 'derp clear' type things.

This looks pretty bad

1) Liz spends longer talking about Lenlo than she does about Seph yet she hasn't had time to test the Lenlo theory while she's ok with Seph as mafia?

2) She also doesn't really do anything to address Seph prior to the post she makes just before she's away till EOD

3) She actually spends most time talking about Zander whose always a town read afaict of varying strengths.

1) I've read her ISO three times now, and I don't feel this is the case at all.  The only things she said directly TO Lenlo was asking if he thinks Sili is town and that Lenlo's reply to my push on him kind of answers that question.  The things she says about Lenlo are that I noticed what she noticed and that she doesn't him, and then she mentions him again in that post you quoted.

 

 

 

I also have supsicions on Lenlo, Dice and Darthe, but I feel like I haven't had a chance to test out any of those theories because they don't seem to be responding to my probes...or they're not responding when I'm around. Darthe, I will admit (sorry Darthe) is that he seems nicer than I expect him to be. But I actually agree with his thoughts on Seph (with the exception of that ridiculous theory about punctuation that I'm hoping he's joking about)

 

If I'm missing something, please, correct me.  But that point doesn't seem right.  In contrast, she asked me why I was reading Seph as town, asked Zander what his read was, asked you why you were tonwreading him, asks Darthe how Seph being a wolf impacts Darthe's read of you, and asks Sili what Seph's argument was.  That's in addition to the ten paragraphs or whatever she wrote about him in that post.  

 

So right off the bat, I feel you're wrong there.  Secondly, I don't feel somebody has to bring up their scumreads a certain amount of times for them to be validated.  If somebody's mind is already made up, it makes more sense to resolve people they're not sure about.  That's not the case here, but my point is that even if that point were true it wouldn't bother me.  

 

 

3) This is half true.  She had considerably more to do with Zander than Seph.  Again, that doesn't necessarily bother me.  What does bother me to some extent is the part you actually got wrong - Zander wasn't a townread throughout the entire day.  I asked her what he had done to get townread originally, and she explained why she was no longer townreading him.  I corrected her by explaining I understood why she wasn't reading him as town at that point, but that I didn't understand what gave her that impression originally - and I explained why it came as a surprise.

 

As far as I can tell, she never even acknowledged the correction.

 

2) This is actually probably where I have the biggest issue with her.  You're mostly correct here, but there was this.

meh its the truth, plain and simple. I actually have a few mafia games on the spoiler in my sig. though the 9-5 I was town and subed into mafia, and was my 1st game ever. all my wolf games are pretty old.

sili yes i buddied hallia, and I plainly state it in the thread lol, because I thought she was town from the get go and the game is easier with someone you trust.

Scrolling through the pages from the time she asked to the time she made that point, it looks like she's telling the truth - Seph didn't answer.  But that seems like a really obscure thing to get bent out of shape about him not answering, giving that Seph was kind of taking a pounding from about four other people at the time.

His early posts sounded good to me, with a certain amount of sincerity. The comment he made about trying to get on Alanna and BFG's good sides if he were mafia seems like a really strange thing to say.

I thought when he was going back and forth with siki, he wasn't stretching or misrepping anything.

His willingness to reevaluate and look at the bigger picture is a very protown. Unless he's mafia eith sili, I don't see why he would argue that silis actions have been scummy and use a very noticeable meta to clear him before anybody else brings it up.

 

 

But I got nothing for this.  If she is genuinely interested in getting other people's opinions on Seph, I'm not sure why she would take the time to response to be deliberately being an ass to her question and NOT provide something to an actual answer - especially considering she was apparently upset that nobody else would answer them.

I'm not clearing her for anything - I'm not clearing her at all.  I said it was a very slight townread, and given that I basically want to purge ~half the living players for their god awful lynch, I really don't understand why that's an issue.

 

I said I needed to look her over again and that the BEST thing she had going for her is that she wasn't in that group of players and that nothing tied her to them.  If the majority of them are town, then Liz is almost guaranteed to be mafia, or we're going to get our asses handed to us this game.  Prior to actually LOOKING at her, I didn't see anything wrong with her overall play.  Obviously that's not the case at this point.

 

 

She was my second strongest mafia read (after Lenlo).  It wasn't the greatest case on her, but she really hadn't done anything to improve it.  I don't think I need to tell you about my tendency to read her as town, so the fact I haven't seen anything that makes me feel good about her.  Most of her thoughts have just been piggybacking off what somebody else said, and I expect more "originality" from her if she were town.

I don't know how to take the underlined to mean anything but "but this is no longer the case."  Though I also think we're splitting hairs on something that doesn't matter.  Whether she simply dropped him to a weaker town read or completely stopped town reading him, that doesn't explain why he was there to begin with.  

 

And I told you, I wasn't refuting a point.  I was using it to illustrate MY point.  Your issue seems to stem from a lack of effort in his direction.  My issue is...who the hell cares if he responded to that?
