Prolly sounds forced cause I typed it while my two year old screamed at me while making her lay down cause it's WAY PAST BEDTIME and I'm on my phone and autocorrect is pissing me off.

 

This is my original case against Nin. I think she is doing the bare minimum staying under the radar. She did a BIT more today but still left after making a crap case on lenlo and then voting him. The way she flaked out last night when she realized that she wasn't getting lynched and didn't even sit around to see day end didn't sit with me well either.

 

And honestly some of its gut. Her play doesn't sit well. Lily keeps saying she thinks it'll get better now that post volume is down but I'll believe it when I see it.....

1) I agree with the bold, but I don't think she's been staying under the radar at all. She was one of the bigger lynch candidates for almost all of yesterday, and I think she's the leading vote getter today. Her activity isn't a GOOD look, but I feel like there's much better arguments against her.

 

2)Wishtree made a similar argument against Lenlo (Len sussing Wish but voting Seph) as Niniel did. Do you think the argument is any better coming from her?

 

3)....Why does what Lily say about her activity matter for your read on Niniel?

 

I numbered your paragraphs. Mine will match.

 

1. She led right after the lynch but all afternoon the only person on her was besie. She laid low and her votes just disappeared. She didn't even have to dispute them. What are your better arguments? Honestly right now it's an hour past my bedtime and I'm only up because I think my 2 year old has an ear infection and she won't let me sleep.

 

2. No wish is #2 on my suspect list. And the argument is still moot. Just because Len voted Seph doesn't mean that hes mafia and he had been against Seph all game. It stands to reason that some if not most of the ones on Seph have to be town. If it had been out of the blue. Yes. but his vote is one of the best I feel about on the Seph train.

 

 

3. Lily only matters cause I asked her earlier why she viewed Nin town. I was pretty much saying thanks lily for your view but I don't see it that way.

 

 

I thought her initial vote on Zander was really weak, even if I agreed with the idea, and I didn't like her basically following along.  If I remember correctly, the thread wasn't even long at that point so it's not like she could default to sheeping a town read since she wasn't caught up.  She's shown very little progression.  

 

I don't mind her leaving near deadline yesterday, considering I'm pretty sure it was like midnight her time, but the way she acted during it was bad.  It kind of read like she was trying to figure out if it was worth it to claim.  not from a perspective of "I don't want to do this if I don't need to", but from "Is it worth the risk?".

i think i put her in orange mostly because peer pressure tbh. and because i didn't remember her contributing much.

 

oh, and that thing about claiming.. struck me as town because i just don't see a wolf who is struggling speak that way about her claim. it was shameless.

 

on the other hand if not communicating with villagers is actually a strategy these days, i could see it as pretty bad because it's so procedural. though there's nothing to suggest she should be emotional about her lynch.

Okay, this is highly unfair. when i was trying to read through the mammoth of a thread I barely had any clue of anything you had said or done because I rarely came across any of your posts. I spent hours of my evenings (yes, I work full time in a demanding job) trying to catch up on 40 pages of posts at a time when I was also under the weather, so I'm not going to apologize for not being able to keep up with the thread.

 

I'm pretty sure I've posted more than you in the time that I've had to devote. And I just spent the past 3 hours trying to catch up on parts that I missed from D1 instead of trying to continue to play blind.

Liz I wasn't attacking you directly I was merely trying to point out that as many people were doing that it was a good chance that at least 1 is mafia trying to hide. I'm sorry you took it as an attack but it was just a statement.

A is a complete lie.  The only time he even suggested he'd consider voting Seph is that post I replied to.  These are the only times he even addressed Seph prior to that point.

yea my intro post was all jokey except for the halli bit, I gave her a slight town read because she was posting comfortably.

I saw a couple of people post about my lainey/bfg comment and I could have sworn I played mafia against bfg, though I could definitely be remembering the Pokemon game, because I do remember her freaking me out when she subbed in calling me mafia lol.

 

I liked a few responses from lenlo these last few pages

alanna catch up was pretty spot on for town her, giving her a town read for it alone.

If I had to guess sili would be town more often than mafia with how he is playing so far, I am still a bit uneasy there though

 

 

My goal today is to actually reread and make some notes, because I am still unsure about zander.

I initially thought clov was framing sili in a good light until the started going back and fourth with each other. 

dice's reads concern me a bit. I doubt a town dice throws out a read of zander off of hardly nothing, I would expect him to be more cautious which I am not seeing at all here. This kinda goes back when he mentored me, and got onto m about town reading people early on without reason. I have been reading him extremely terrible but I definitely think his game is different than his last 2 town games.

I almost wanna call clov town, for his town read on me alone. I am going to read our last game on perc soon to see if he did this, but I don't think him as mafia would ever make me one of his strongest town reads. because I am not always clear and concise and I am easy to misinterpret/push when I am not.

 

Have you played with me at all?? Ive done exactly what you doubt id do as town a number of times to more then just Zander. and i lectured YOU about doing it cause you were not me. As you may have seen some people EXPECT me to do just that sort of thing and find it weird if i dont

 

 

That's it.  So the first time he mentioned Seph was in that post.  

 

B) This means absolutely nothing.  Yes, he only gets one vote.  HIm and everybody else.  But typically when somebody is deciding between two people, it's two people they've thought could be mafia.  It's NOT somebody they've spent a majority of their focus addressing and somebody they haven't even looked at.

 

C) It doesn't matter whether I know what Darthe said or not.  You'd think if he was that convinced by Darthe's argument, he'd had no problem backing up his support.  Instead, he gets incredibly defensive that I even asked.  Given what I said about Darthe's push on Seph, and my townread of Seph, I really don't think that's an unreasonable request.  

 

I also fail to see how that's adjusting a read.  The lack of explanation isn't a good look, sure.  But I still don't understand why that was so damning.

 

D) Of course I was aggressive.  It was an out of the blue garbage vote, backing a garbage case, on somebody I thought was town from somebody who hadn't done much to establish himself.  

 

Beyond that, his argument makes no sense.  I'm aggressive that he's voting Seph over Lenlo...who he thinks is scum, and thinks I might be scum because Lenlo ignored me.  The only way that ANYTHING Lenlo has done makes me scum is if we're teammates together.  That means I'm upset he's accusing me of being upset because he's avoiding lynching my supposed teammate in favor of lynching the person I'm arguing is town.  And happened to be town.

 

Nevermind the fact that anybody that's paid attention to the game should realize I'm one of the bigger reasons that Lenlo had even been discussed.

Like I said before, my only concern is that I really don't picture Lenlo and Dice as teammates.  I've had Lenlo as pretty likely scum basically all game, and nothing HE has done gives me a whole lot of reason to doubt that.  If Lenlo needs to be resolved first, whatever, but I'm voting Dice until somebody gives me a reason not to.
