Its what I decided to do after i read the role then i decided there was no point and that since I didnt trust him and couldnt prove anything Id just go the thread.

 

I mean I could have just denied it.

Town!Turin loves to thunderdome when he a) is town, and b) he genuinely believes he has scum in his sights. I've had him come at me before like that (as scum, lol).

Zander is flailing too much, haz 2 much feelz, for me to find him scummy. I have to believe that someone in his QT would have told him to chill, if he had one.

Then why use the fake name at all? I Can see you storming into the thread zandering away and then thinking that you didn't want to tell me who you were. But it was too late then. So you were forced to eject from that plan.

Bold: do you mean you only wanted to do the back and forth in thread? This doesn't make sense that you would only be willing to discuss things on QT if you could remain anonymous. To me your entire interaction there doesn't make sense from a town PoV.

 

BTW, I'm presently out in Leeds and only have what WiFi I can get out here. So I will be sporadic.

I was suspicious of Z from his initial posts on our QT. First that he was using a fake name cause I don't see a reason for town to hide there. Also because his original stance was that I MUST be mafia because we weren't listed as masons. He didn't seem to even consider the real possibility we could have been V/V. To my knowledge he still hasn't. Finally.he didn't try to engage in the 1 on 1 interaction that he could have used to gain insight and make a correct read. He just ran with his initial assumption Which was based on either a misunderstanding of the mechanic or his knowledge he was mafia therefore we could not be on the same team. I think it was the latter.

 

That is about all my QT based suspicion. ITT he has been only surface level from the start of the game IMO. Finally, there just isn't any true Zander fire. I don't see any real conviction.

This is the first iirc of any actual game related stuff on me from Turin and its weak BS Alanna's already mentioned something ITT that Im not druming up more RL stuff but its there and Im playing in 2 games.

Hypocrite? No. I took information gathered from your play( where it came from is irrelevant. The QT in this case is part of the game) I was watching you and waiting to see what you would do. You NEVER engaged me in a way that could lead to our understanding each other and instead cast shade at me on thread.

 

You went about it wrong. You could have easily told me you have never had the role before and asked questions. I have only had this role once before I think. But just like in the thread it is best to be transparent. You can makes tests by giving leads, potentially some false trails to see what happens.

 

If you flip town, I will be very surprised first of all and then I will look hard at anyone that isn't clear on their stance as well as people that stayed out if it. I expect to take heat and it could end with my being lynched too.

Cast shade at you?  Dude Ive cased you on atual game play youve cased me on QT.  Even others have said I was looking Townyer of the 2 prior to claim.  You just fired out this Yolo D1 reads list with me on it, in the actual thread itself you seemingly rule out the possibility of me being Town at the beginning of the game. Game has to start somewhere. I don't presume to know if him mentioning "getting the wolves" constantly is alignment indicative, but I tend to think over-selling yourself as town is a scum marker.

 

So, let's see what happens, shall we?

Bold is his reasoning. I agree with it and it is one of the things that perks my ears up too. (i.e. Zander using the PM thing to atempt to hard clear himself in GnD) You see it as alignment neutral for Zander specifically. He sees it as a general tell. ( at least that is my take on it)

First, I am NOT saying that your town proclamations are indicative of your alignment. I was saying that it looked like it was HIS reasoning and that in general I do agree with it. With some people I now I have to hold down my urge to jump at it because my opinion is that you don't say you are town you show you are town. How you got that was my stance  I am not sure.  In the GnD game you were town. Back at you tho. How many times have you used that line " I was wrong about you but..." You know the definition of insanity right?
