Yeah, and because if you want to count the POE, there's another player on the list. The math isn't correct unless you add yourself.

 

In turbos on 2+2, 6 vanillas, 1 seer, 2 wolves, All the villagers have to do is find 4 other villagers and themselves.

 

You find 4 villagers and there's enough mislynches to spare, assuming you don't lynch yourself, to POE out the remainders.

 

9 d1, 7 d2, 5 d3, 3 d4. Is 4 lynches to work with.

 

Yourself and X number of villagers this game solves the game in the same way. Given how people are posting and the progress we're making on that front, I'm more concerned about finding the townie group than the scums.

 

But I did find a scum I think. I don't need to find them all day one. Just one is fine.

 

Then I gotta find another one on day two. As if I'll live that long. :P

I always prefer a period and a space between the numbers and my notes, and it allows you to add that as a suffix. Not sure why it didn't copy over onto the site, it copied into my notes just fine. I think DM drops the space if it's not being used.

Essentially, I don't understand why you thought a note-taking system was something worth dropping randomly into the thread. I'm suspicious of motives by nature, and I question things when they stand out. This stood out. I'm after elaboration on your motives in your own words so I can try and read your alignment based on whether or not I find it easy to believe what you say. I can explain my light concern/thought-process further after you answer if you like?

If you're INFP like was said in chat, understand my personality as the extraverted version. I'm the same type as Zander. Campaigner/Champion/Possibility hunter. I'm also less experienced and really tired. I'm just getting in early because excitement and Cory threatened I need to make 10-15 posts each RL day and excitement.

We're not giving points for everything this time, that leads to runaway (Lenlo) scumreads which are sucky and don't reverse until it's problem. Instead posts which are likely town but more easily faked as scum are 0 with the word town next to it.

Now it doesn't look like much but my notes tend to be simple and if I want more detail I go back and read the posts. What I like about you this game is you're not just falling by the wayside. You're struggled to catch up and you did it and you showed that not only did you catch up but it wasn't a skim job. You have THOUGHTS you are INTO the game. You know what's going on. A mafia could do this of course, if they were dedicated, but it's more often a townie trait. I think that's good enough to clear someone for Day 1.

One of the reasons I suggested a hard claim sooner rather than latter (or, preferably, acting more like a villager) was so there would be no deadline panic.

 

Calm, relax, look at the suspect list again everyone. Panicky behavior is how I outed 3 power roles D1 as a wolf on Giraffe a few games back. Hardclaim whoops, hardclaim whoops, hardclaim, vanilla villager dies, and then we have a ton to work with as wolves.

 

Just sit back and look at things.

 

Don't counterclaim. Don't rush and force a second claim. Try to act like a villager when you are one. All of these things are good.

A. Wish doesn't read Celeste nearly as well as she believes or Celeste has adapted her meta and Wish is wrong

B. They're both wolves and playing us for precisely this purpose.

 

At the same time, I'm okay trusting Wish at the moment and I'm willing to give Celeste more time to show she's town as well, so we'll see where that leads. I believe a Wish town OR mafia flip would support Celeste being town; a Celeste town flip would lead me to believe Wish is town; but a Celeste mafia flip would make me worry a little about Wish but wouldn't be a sure lynch.

The "flip" aspect is totally irrelevant. Lenlo I really suggest you read Raganorak for differences in my play. I was a godfather in that game hydrating with Wish. We are different this game.

I was in Raganorak. I was 3/4 on my WTL in that game if I remember right to.

Wait, so it's the wording that's bothering you? I say flip because we don't know their alignments until they've been lynched/nkd and flipped one way or the other.
