And yes, I'm legitimately asking for thoughts on my fantasy teams.  After years of being a dedicated RB-RB drafter (who also hoarded mid round RBs) I decided to dive into the ZeroRB approach to drafting this year.  Modified that a bit in league 2 (had the 4th pick and started with Lacy before ignoring RB for another few rounds) but the end result is I have teams that are very different from my normal roster constructions.  I'm cautiously happy with all three (and I LOVE the first 2), but an unbiased opinion wouldn't hurt.

I don't know the first thing about Fantasy football, so I wouldn't be any help to you.

 

Regarding Thane, even if I didn't already know he's a villager I don't think his posts thus far are out of the norm. Not necessarily something to town read him for, so I would be more worried if you were trying to clear him, but not something I would scum read either.

 

I agree with Clov that having him as your bottom read was sort of weak, but seeing that you're voting Crusher now I assume that's changed.

Supposing you are town, you are doing just what you're calling me out for.  Knee-jerk reaction.  I don't think #244 is scummy but the argument doesn't lead to scum tells.  When people get called out blatantly like that they get aggressive.

To be fair it did look a little bit like you ganged up on him.  Calder was already working the kid into a frenzy.  Typical Nyn town is usually more investigative than antagonistic. Tough for me because don;t have meta on either Calder or Chad.  Might be what happens Chad.

First of all, shame on you all for not even acknowledging a WWSD lynch on Nolder (in case anyone is interested, that stands for "What would Swag do?", which is a reference nobody but IR is going to get).  Second, this vote is not a joke.  I won't pretend to be particularly good at understanding Hallia - she's basically the exact opposite person I am - but what I do know is that she's not afraid to throw opinions out there with a reasonable amount of conviction to them.  And she'll back them up.

Catching up I like the whole Calder, Shad, Clov interaction. I dunno how to feel about Laine.

I don't have any real issue with the comment about Dice.  I haven't noticed him enough to make an opinion of him, myself, so that's whatever to me.  The null on Zander and Laine are kind of strange to me.  There are half a dozen players she didn't mention, why did she mention those two, specifically?  

 

But what I hate about this post is her stance on Calder/Shad/me.  "I like it" means literally nothing towards game solving.  The most obvious answer would be that she thinks we all sound like likely town in it, but I don't see HOW a townie reaches that conclusion.  Don't get me wrong - both Shad and Calder COULD both be town, but I have a hard time thinking anybody without TMI looks at that objectively and concludes them being on the same side is the likeliest scenario.

 

Clov has me a little nervous with his wtl on Hallia. I understand the pressure. I also know he watched her eat a lynch with zero effort as town last game and it's unfortunately something she occasionally does as either alignment.  She definitely needs to step up--I don't know that I'd be gearing up to lynch her already.  I'm also not sure where his early town lean on Calder came from given all the praise for his scum game later.

 

Basically this.  It happens when I get busy.  If I get caught up I do fine, I just have to stay caught up and not get behind again.  That being said, I'm caught up.  Anyone here?

 

Right now due to their back and forth I have Calder AND Shad as townish.  Same with AJ, due to his posting.  Nyn is a gut read of townish.  

 

Clov is lower on my list right now.  I had Dice as null because other than him saying that "Zander is town" I can't recall anything he's said.

Ok let's start from the top, these aren't in any particular order aside from category, AJ and Clov I feel have showed their town chops early.

 

Shad I believe has gotten caught up in nonsense. I can't be sure if it's town on town violence or if Calder is scummy but for now leaning town on town since I don't feel malice from either side only frustration. They're trying to hard to come to an understanding but can't. Scum usually drop the walls and end the discussion after awhile. Shad came out looking more frustrated and sincere so that's why I think he's town but I just didn't feel the same to a degree I'd be ok with from Calder.

 

Hallia, Thane, Dice all badly need to post more.

Crusher said he'd post more content later so I'll give him more time.

Xander (my last letter of alphabet key is broken so I'm going to use x here instead) I'm not sure of. I think he said enough for me to possibly get a read but I kind of glossed over his posts so that's my fault.

 

Nyn got caught up with Calder/Shad and then Kiv. I almost thought she was scum because she was threatening to self vote and claiming and such but then Kiv dropped this whole oh it was just a trap and I caught Crusher routine. I don't feel great about Nyn but not ready to write her off as scum either.

 

First of all the "trap" was dumb in the first place. Playing "gotcha!" with the way people talk is retarded and usually goes nowhere. Secondly it seemed to me Kiv was more interested in pushing Nyn's buttons than using her to trap others and just decided on that after the fact. It makes me even more wary that he "caught" Crusher since Crusher is a notoriously hard person to lynch and someone scum would want to take down early if they could. The whole thing just left me feeling slimey on Kiv and I'd be happy to vote him off.

 

And Alanna. She kind of came off with this weird attitude earlier in the game and it hasn't worn off yet. Could be lack of sleep...maybe. But she functions fairly well with lack of sleep so I think I'm less willing to give her the benefit of the doubt than I otherwise might be. She did say she wouldn't be able to play much until Thursday iirc so I'd rather lynch Kiv before Alanna just to see where she goes from here but I won't complain much if this is who we lynched.
