Wombles, I'm not convinced you're the best lynch for the day, but you've literally done nothing this game.  I'm seen you do these little empty quotes as both town as mafia so that means nothing towards your algnment, but you always do SOMETHING to actually build off.  Even that post about Mish is close ended (for lack of a better word).  Nobody can argue whether you really like it or not.

Sili's looking pretty good for the immediate focus in game play. Slight disconnect in that he catches Sanders 'peek' as being out of character, but misses(?) that it's on his hydra.

Lenlo feels a bit snippy in his response to Sili about game related comments and then misses the hydra 'peek' as well.

Do you think missing a hydra pair early is a bad sign?  I didn't bother looking at the pairings out the door.  I dove in basing my thoughts on individuals and put them together along the way.

 

Missing a hydra pair early is not a bad sign, as long as you go back and take note of the pair when you go back through and adjust your reads to account for the different heads.

Which given this section, I'm not sure you've done.  Or at least, you're coming across as conflicted in your read on the Mish/Kiv hydra.  You're not bothered by Kiv, but you knee-jerk vote Mish for her vote on you based on Seph's misrep of your reason for voting.  You come across as rather jumpy and looking for any excuse to place a vote, because it's a simple enough thing to just point out and say look, that's not what happened.  But you slapped an OMGUS vote on - and admitted that you haven't seen anything that's bothered you too much from her other half.

You seem to be defining relaxing and having fun as being the same thing as interacting in RT, but that (interaction) is not something I can do while catching up. This isn't new to me, and there's really nothing else I can say about it.

Except you didn't.  You reached back to my early game posts - where I was faking emo to win an argument with Shad about the advisability of using emo as a towntell - and said nothing at all about the actual post that you called an appeal to emotion.  What people are looking for is an explanation of why you thought that post (not other posts, that one) "appealed to emotion".  Can you provide one?

 

it along with other posts continued to ping me as AtE, whining rage.  a full spectrum of poor me posts. i meant these not this but w/e.  ive tried to explain my thought process out.  somethings not sitting right with your slot. (ive mentioned other reasons as well: Pral vote, no casing, some of Mish's reactions.)

it's not.  Multiple people have asked you what part of that post led you to interpret it as AtE, and all you've said here is "because that's how I read it".  That's a tautology, not an explanation.

 

From what I've seen of you this game, you seem to be reading and responding linearly, as you catch up. Is that right?  And were you doing that when you read the post that's triggering these questions?

 

Cory says that the poor explanations from you are par for the course, and since I have him mostly town at the moment I'm willing to contingently take that into consideration.  But he also seems to be defending you quite a bit, which is odd, and being poor at explaining yourself as a townie can't mean you get a pass on everything you do that you can't explain.  The upshot of that is that I'll [unvote], for now, but still want answers to those questions.

Out of 52 pages I have ~5 pages of content. I get that's a lot, but without me this game would be at like 47 pages. That's not suddenly bearable with me being the difference maker.

 

This is who I am. I have a lot of little dumb thoughts that come to my brain and I feel like it's important to share them. You talk to me about "reading without interaction" but I do what I'm comfortable with and I will do literally anything to try and help my team win, even pushing people that other people won't push because of fear or whatever.

 

Sorry that you don't think that I play the correct way or need to learn new tricks like to stop interacting and just do multi-quote catchup posts instead of talking in real time but acting like I'm the cancer that's killing this game just hurts because I care about other people's enjoyment and hell I think there's plenty of good stuff in this thread for ~getting reads on people even if you don't. 

 

And I'm trying to cut back on the little things, maybe I'm failing at it, but I'm a deeply flawed human being and we all know that. I'll try harder.

It just read increidbly awkward to me.  He's making a joke to Hallia, and then immediately turns around and asks if she's town.  It's like he wants to show that he's comfortable with her but then acts like he's not.  

 

But tbh, it's probably more about Zander than Seph at this point.  I feel his actual contribution to the game doesn't match the amount of posts he has and is just trying to remain visible

 

seriously clov???  you read star wars or mass effect man?  i post a lot and no not all of it is game related.  but as you know im more of a gut player.  im comfortable with everyone as you also know away from mafia.  im not great sometimes with how i word stuff but meh i do my best.
