Yates's test pretty null for me personally. Not really alignment indicative for him even if it was a little hokey.

Still confirmed Yates is weird. Neither Zander nor Shad have been mafia before, so he can't know how either would play based on that, nor what their responses would be as town/mafia.

I'm feeling a disconnect here. Laine cleared Zander and I out the gate despite having never seen either of us as scum. I was cool with this because it's consistent with how I think town Laine thinks. So why point out in this instance that our responses can't be alignment indicative if no one knows our scum games?

Bringing this up again because it pinged me D1 and still does. Laine feeling sorry for lynching scum? My town Laine should be outraged that Thane and Verb had the audacity to fake claim her PR in SW! Like, town Laine has zero tolerance for scum. That's why she always ends up leading the charges. I don't know, that's how I tend to think of her.

re Rand: If you think they're teammates why not go with majority? In SW I was frustrated on the DT because townies were splitting votes between two scum. I don't see the point in being stubborn in that instance, if what you're saying is true and you do believe they're teammates. And I don't see a Talya lynch happening anytime soon, either. It feels like you don't want to lynch scum, imo

Dice was the only one I was truly fence sitting on, but he is in my bottom three with Thane and Rand who I wouldn't mind lynching atp.

Second part: No not to incriminate me, but me and Hally. The mafia couldn't have known that Hallia really would be vigged, so they could be setting up her lynch for the next day. That's what I meant by knowing her alignment and mine.

Heading to bed, Thane and Rand :hopper: to me so far, actually feeling really good about the other active participants. Except Dice, but Dice is Dice. I think I will always scum read him.

Sorry, I missed your reasoning on this, was this because I was inactive or townread Thane or something else? Also curious on why you're assuming that the most active participants are town (or you're townreading them), since scum usually likes to have one active participant in the mix to manipulate opinions to what they need.

Town reads;Zander, ~~Yates~~, Shad, Dice

Scum reads: Laine, Talya, AJ (he lesssened a little after reread pgs. 1- 25)

the best way to play this after looking at the set up again is to preserve the vigs. So VTs need to town tell like crazy and vigs shoot from within the pov. Hero shots probably aren't gonna win this
this was the first actual discussion post for the game imo, and although its pretty obvious I liked that he was getting discussion started

I'm actually just going to post everything at once at work, but here's one post after my WoT on 24 that Im going to reply to because I'll forget about it after.

Thane being a sudden D1 wagon should be enough.

I'm willing to settle on him saying he's not scum to let him ride. Shad/Hallia scum imo

I really just want more time to figure Thane out, but I think his response to Hallia asking about his reads was a little snippy. I haven't seen anything scummy from Hallia as of yet, are you just placing her there because of your scum lean on Shad and that she supports the Thane lynch with him? Curious.

Hallia is actually a lot more solid than I've seen her in the past which is good because what has struck me about her in previous games is the fluffy-ness coming from her. I don't see much fluff right now, which I consider good.

Hally has fluff every single game, more of her personality, which she says, that in previous game she has fluffy-ness. Its not alignment indicative, but for some reason Laine considers it a good sign, and then Hally gets killed by the mafia. If Laine calls Hally town early on, and then kills her to see the flip, it might help her gain more town cred for reading her correctly. Scum read increasing.

Tbh... I didn't really click those posts I just figured I'd catch it on my reread. And I hadn't gotten to the Yates/Hally part yet since I started on page 1, because I thought it might give me a more thorough read.
