I mean, it's really as simple as this

 

Sooh is getting lynched today

If she is a wolf, I think this game will be pretty easy

 

If she is a villager, I think this game is going to get hard

 

The one thing that makes me think she'll flip wolf is her attitude today reminds me a lot of what some POG wolves do when they are caught / getting lynched (the whole "you are lynching a villager today, sorry, i'm out") and specifically her narrative reminds me directly of what ATPG, a player that Sooh has been learning from, did as a wolf in a recent POG game where he got caught and lynched that Sooh was in (though she was ml'd day 1)

 

Human theory says that we emulate the people we admire and there's a lot of admiration there, so I wouldn't be surprised if she was taking notes out of his book. He was supposed to be her mentor this game (I believe he dropped out after the Darthe game, and he's not on the player list LDO)

I don't feel about it one way or the other. It was a D1 vote from someone who said he was going to be scarce. I'm more interested in seeing what he has to say when he catches up.

At this point, for SECURE town reads, I'm pretty stuck on Leelou/Nyn/Darthe/Kaylee - I haven't really been able to progress past this, so that's not a terrible start but I wish I had enough confident to say someone like AJ or Verb would be here, but AJ is still outside looking in and Verbal has his moments where I'm not sure

Yeah, but it's circumstantial.

If I were a wolf, I'd do more here. You've modded me while I was a wolf in your games, you know I don't do frozen in place in a long game. I've even shaken that aspect of my turbos.

 

I'm dynamic. And that's the best part of my wolf game. Usually I have no plan, I just do like the Joker and create spontaneous counterplay and work against whatever the village's current plan is.

 

My game will look quite different this game, sure. But I'm also a villager and there are many tells in the thread as to why, for those who look.

Call my initial read on Tress wishful thinking I guess.. She's firmly a null with you now in my reads.

 

I feel like Cory/Clov/Darthe has maybe a wolf among them.

 

Dice/Cass may be one or two wolves. Going after Cass seems to be more or less the consensus though, so I'm not entirely comfortable with it. Nor am I comfortable calling Dice a wolf when he hasn't had a real chance to catch up or anything.

 

Bewbs/Kaylee are my top town.

 

Verb/Wombat are tentative town for me at the moment.

 

Who am I missing? Oh yeah... AJ... I have no idea where to place him... maybe light town with Verb and Wombat?

I finally brought my laptop down to the kitchen and sat here in the same room ignoring my family so they could see me and not get huffy that I'm holed up upstairs, but I could re-read the game in full.  Notes/reads/small amount of whatnot here.  I will have time to participate at my normal level as of Saturday evening when I get back home.  I really thought I'd have more time this week but the situation with my grandmother was much  more demanding on my time than my usual trips home to visit mom.

Liking Nyn/Hally for town.  Nyn and I think a lot alike, generally, and I can follow her thoughts well here.

 

Leaning town on Kaylee from what I've seen - the one strong town tell I have for her has been tickled at if not completely tripped.

 

Slight town lean on Verb for his handling of Wombat.

 

I'm disliking the push on Cass - I think some of her points have been good and she's explained well what she means and I can follow it.  In particular I agree with her discomfort as regards to Darthe's seer cover stuff and his knowledge of how she plays.  She makes a lot of sense IMO, Darthe not so much. I have a suspicion she's probably town. Also I'd just really feel terrible for her if she doesn't roll town soon.

 

I really really want Cory to be town but the way he's handled Cass makes me not so sure.  Holding him at townish/null for now, pending further information.

 

I don't feel competent with reading Clov at all.  Maybe town, but I strongly suspect he can fool me.

 

We need Dice to get back from his family visit so he can start broadcasting Town!Dice asap.  I can always read Town!Dice.  If no obvtown vibes appear soon, he will bump down to the scum list.

 

Not sure Darthe is making a lot of sense to me - he generally doesn't, and I don't know what to do with him.  Had an early town read on him but it's bumped down for the moment.  I could see him as mafia, although I have thought that before and been wrong. I'll need to reassess him later.

 

Leelou came across as cranky and a bit strange early.  Reads list was all right.  Null pending further review.

 

Not feeling great about Wombat so far at all. 

 

Sooh's posts have been coming across as somewhat disinterested... disagree heavily with her read of Hally as TMI defending her... Disagree with her town read of Wombat.
