hmm I was wondering that yesterday turin. Does anyone have any recommendations?
I play on espn with my brother, but he pays for our league, I ran one myself last year and it was alright with the normal free settings.

I guess the biggest thing I should ask is everyone ok with a standard league

QB
RB
RB
WR
WR
WR/RB
TE
D
K
standard league scoring is mostly off of touchdowns, wr,rb= 1 point per 10 yards   Qb = 1 point per 25 yards,    fumb, int= -2  touchdown 6.

I know there are other options that are fun like +1 defensive player
or a PPR league, which I have been wanting to try honestly.

I do not have any experience besides espn, so others input is welcome.

also we should try to agree on a format asap..

1.seph
2.cory
3.clov
4.aj
5.yates
6.turin ??

hoping we can get 10 to play, 8 at the least.

I am really open to anything.

I've never used Yahoo.  ESPN has a better war room than ESPN IIRC.  CBS is a distant third.

That line up looks fine with me.  PPR would be fun IMO.  I would also lobby for 4pts per passing TD, just because the league is so passing oriented that whoever drafts the MVP quarterback (and let's be honest - it's probably Aaron Rodgers) is pretty much guaranteed a playoff spot.

I'm going to login on ESPN here in a sec to see what all I can actually change.

the four points for a touchdown will make teams overall scores down so it won't be possible to just win a game off your quarterback like say when Ben threw 6 touchdowns last year back to back.

I had him in lol.

but you're still going to have the same 4 or 5 quarterbacks that will be dominating.

If it's ppr league certain receivers will be hitting 20+

At 4 you won't see many qb's hitting that though.

I am fine with 4 or 6 I don't think it will be that big of deal, but will make qb drop in draft spots.

Actually. I just thought about it. I will be on holiday all of August. Would not have time for research or draft day most likely. Also timezone problem.

I've only played on ESPN also. I would be fine with a standard league except for all my other issues.

half PPR is 0.5 points per reception and everything else traditional

makes pass-catching backs and possessions receivers valuable without making them absurdly valuable

someone's got to keep matt forte's ass in line
