I don't think that's the only reason to vote you. I think that's a pretty severe reduction actually.

I don't see it.

Like from what I know,

  1. You want the vig. to make a shot that possibly loses us the game.
  2. You won't lynch or kill dice when even at worst he's a survivor and it gives town an extra day to mull things over.
  3. You think you've played well despite being a significant distraction for several notable revealed villagers.
  4. You spent most of day 1 randomly nudging players and not making reads. All I remember is you parroted clov's case, and took lilly to court, but stopped at the doorsteps to race back to your car and run away from the wagon. Your reasoning was the wagon ran up too fast, which is just bad logic at that point in the day.

You aren't a complete troll, and you're not incompetent, so I think you know all this, and I think even if Good is defending you you're just too suave for them. You tricked me 3 times with your posts because I underestimated you. Not again imo. Not unless someone gives me a really compelling reason to think you're town.

1. I want the vig to make any shot including one at me if it gives us a better chance at winning

2. I prefer killing scum to likely third party

3. I've been a distraction to who?  Remind me how you know anyone I've distracted is a notable villager other than Verb.

4. I always randomly nudge people and you're blaming the lily non-lynch on me?  I'd also point out that in the end I was right about her.

  1. Hypothetically, if you were town, shooting you would lose us the game. It hits any town, and we lose. We always lose if it hits town.
  2. You don't even have a good idea who scum are, so how can you object to a dice lynch?
  3. Barm was another villager who was convinced you were scum.
  4. Random nudges are very different than meaningful nudges. The distinction is what you did went nowhere.

The Lily non-lynch was not even a thing I considered. And you were right about her, ya, but your reasoning was objectively really bad.

I concede the first two but would contend that Barm doesn't fall into the category of notable based on his performance here.  He was getting lynched anyways because he didn't play a very townie game.  Similarly Verb probably died to try and incriminate me or for cop-hunting reasons.  Also, yeah, this really hasn't went anywhere yet.  It's gotten a wrong person (or two if you include Lily) dead and Nyn is essentially useless now so it's safe to say that nothing is paying out well but that doesn't mean there isn't still time for town to win this game.

It's worth again mentioning that while train analysis isn't conclusive it is odd that the only living links between the two major trains that we have a lot of info on are Clov and I (arguably lilyspawn could be tacked on here but only halfway applies).  Do you think that we had an all town lynch train twice?  The odds aren't incredible they just indicate that town has played badly (which again points to either Clov or I as a culprit, depending on how you look at it).

13. dice - Third Party Survivor

14. Barm - Vanilla Town Lynched Day 2

Let's just assume for the moment that all of the above information is true, since if it isn't the town is 99% done for.  Where would those of you not highlighted think the three scum resided?

I disagree. We don't know your alignment, and we can't let you get to true lylo (4-3-1) even if you're the survivor. If you're there it is to your win condition to let the wolves win.

Am I wrong in this?

Yes. You are.

My wincon is to SURVIVE. I am more then happy   and i think ive shown that   to help town win.  I doubt mafia would let me get to the end for the same reason you are spouting and because i have openly said im willing to help town

And if you haven't figured out my alignment is what i told you by a) my full claim which wasnt neccesary. Remember I just fessed up when clov said something. I think i was the first reply after he said it even. there was no pressure on me. or b) my play then your biased or not reading the thread. Cop viewing me would settle it but would also be a waste of a cop view. It would be better spent viewing someone looking for mafia which i am not.

Lynching a wolf at lylo by your own implicit admission is sub-optimal. Since every night is the night you might die, your best opportunity to win the game is to get to day 4 with 3 town and 3 scum and help scum lynch a villager.

There's something I don't understand about your claim. Why would someone want to cc you?

there was talk at the time that leelou might be ccing me. she later said she wasnt. and thats about the only thing i remember of leelou this game til today.

Dice isnt scum. dice is survivor.  re what clov was saying about copping the most likely lynch for tomorrow.  just reread the roles. go right ahead and view me if you want to.

waits for sili to claim im a GF.

Darthe i will answer you even if i am highlighted.  Leelou Nyn Thane

Okay, well, prior to the flip I had him as "lock scum/lock hero".  If Barm flipped mafia, I would have written Eldrick off completely; you were in a position where you were a VERY viable lynch candidate IMO, so Scum!Eldrick didn't have too much motivation to suddenly move from somebody he's literally spent the entire game pushing onto somebody he literally hadn't said anything about.  In his most recent reads list, he had Barm as completely null and had previously questioned why everybody was voting Barm.  It COULD have been a bus, but it didn't seem like he had a ton of reason to do so.

But Barm didn't flip mafia.  He flipped town.  So now I'm asking myself, why would Town!Eldrick suddenly move from somebody he had been pushing consistently throughout the game to somebody he hadn't really addressed.  This was after Eldrick ISO'ed him yesterday afternoon because, again, he couldn't see why people were pushing Barm; he still ended up neutral on him.

Bold #1. The reason I had been pushing the darthe lynch the whole game is as I mentioned in my read. He's the only one that came off as scum to me. I didn't have a reason to push anyone else.

Bold #2 The reason I switched was actually because of a mistake. I looked at the wrong day's lynch list. We were discussing there being 2 scum on Darthe's lynch while he was at L-2, because the would have jumped on and finished the lynch otherwise. I looked and saw 4 people there, myself and Barm included. I was in the mindset of two of those being scum, and thought a 2/3 chance was a good one.

We lose if Eldrick and Dice are scum?

You know what im getting at. If we assume they are scum and they arent its really going to hurt us. You cant deny that they are not in the position to play as well as scum has.

If Nyn or Clov are scum then I think any combination of anyone else not cleared is on the table. So this isn't terribly useful...

Sir Gawaine strode down the dark castle corridor, one hand never straying far from the hilt of the sword at his waist. He had to report for guard duty outside in less than a half an hour, but he was determined to speak to Arthur first. Well, if Arthur was still awake, at this hour, anyway.

He didn't like where Guinevere's investigation was going. He didn't like Guinevere's investigation at all. Of course, dimly, in the back of his mind, he knew his wasn't the most objective opinion, because he really just didn't like Guinevere much at all. He never had. She was all right in battle, he supposed, he had seen her fight. And she had a decent mind for battle tactics, too. But her investigation was falling apart. Bedivere's death had proved that today. Gawaine didn't care what anyone thought; he refused to believe that Bedivere could have been a traitor. He had been one of Arthur's most loyal knights since the beginning, before Gawaine even knew Arthur.

He had to speak to Arthur. If there was a traitor among the knights, he had better idea about who it might be. He was sure that it was -

Suddenly, a strange, sharp, prickling sensation ran up his arm. Gawaine stopped dead in his tracks, clutching at his wrist. A second later, it happened again, to both arms this time. It was like pins and needles, from the tips of his fingers up to his shoulders. It didn't hurt, exactly, but his arms felt heavy and numb, like they'd been stuck in a tub of tar. He couldn't move. As Gawaine watched, baffled and a little afraid, a dim, white glow began to light his fingers, encasing them like a glove. "What-" he gasped, unable to believe his eyes.

And then, just as suddenly, it was gone. The light, the glow, the pins and needles in his arms, freezing him in place. Letting out a shaky breath, Gawaine swung his arm back and forth experimentally, testing the movement. He stared hard at his hand, but that unearthly glow did not return. Had he imagined it? Or was there some strange sorcery at work here?

Shaking his head, Gawaine turned around to continue to Arthur's quarters.

But a knight clad in black armor barred the way before him, a long sword raised in his hands.

Gawaine opened his mouth to shout, but he didn't have time. Nor did he have time to draw his own sword. The long sword flashed towards him and sliced into his exposed throat. As Gawaine collapsed, choking on his own blood, his last thought was that he had been right. He recognized that armor. He knew who had killed him.

Nyn - Sir Gawaine, Vanilla Town, has been killed.

Day 3 begins. Your deadline is Tuesday, March 17th @ 9PM CST.

With 9 alive, it takes 5 to lynch.

------------------------------------------------

MOD NOTE: I know I said before that Dawn will be subbing in for Nyn, but for obvious reasons, she will not be. She may be subbing in for someone else; I am still waiting to hear from her. So I will let you all know if she will be subbing in.

2/3 chance was  good one

What do you mean?

Eldrick might not make any sense, or have substantive reads that we can hold him to, but he sounds good sometimes. So basically he's someone who does scummy things, but possesses believable tone.

I am really puzzled what to make of him.

I hope he realizes it's lylo and he does his best.

I suggest we go over yates thane and eldrick specifically to find 2-3 scum there.

Also, and this might be tinfoil, but there is nothing preventing scum from having a second night kill and having killed Cass n1. So Mrs. Clov, we need you to carry yourself well today, so that we have no reason to doubt you.
