the yates cory thing is making my head spin.  there have been times where cory has said something and then said he didnt. like the whole deathening thing. I dont think that = resolution in just a different way of saying it. he asked at one point how else do you resolve a slot. the answer is cop view off the top of my head. So death is not the only way to resolve it.

 

Yates has been dogged. there have been points where ive nodded at what he says but he keeps coming back to certain things. the 17 minutes and the deathening.

 

i want to hear more from hally. I wasnt keen that she showed up for a few posts then went again in less then an hour and didnt really respond to corys     if i'm wrong i don't want to be wrong so i am going to appeal to you as directly as i can: i need you to be the most obvious villager you can be. i'm right on the edge of having a great grasp on this game but i need as much as you can give me. you are theonly one capable of making me readjust on your slot.

Len for me is null  its not the jokey len im used to but csarmi seems to be leaning town on him so i will put him seperate

pral has nothing to his credit at all making him the definition of null

 

jmmm and err  i think im getting mixed up. one is being obstinate and not giving any info out  and the others confusing. 

 

sili is quiet. i havent played much with him but as town he was screaming im town  why dont you have me town to the point that he got lynched for it. then in another he replaced in as mafia and changed to a quieter sili. soft scum lean  could change

jmm had two things that pulled me different ways

 

A) his scum list was somewhat consensus-y of players that aren't really being townread (Sili/Sleeper where the first two IIRC) but I think he had two others that were sort of random so not sure what I'm seeing there - would love elaboration!

 

B) he said something like "scum try to act super townie to start the game!" which is the sort of ideology i try to fight since it really isn't applicably true here from experience, but he said that YET said very little about me and monstr - players who are generally absurdly villagery villagers and like rambling about how town they are. so i don't really see the logical connection if that's his mindset reading the thread.

I did not like Tina or Halli's first posts (page 1 and 2 respectively).  Nothing definite for now, but I am watching them.   

 

This could just be me never having played with them before.

Potentially their initial reaction to their role, at least in part.  It's typically pretty fresh in their mind at that point. 

 

Overall, not a whole lot though.  It's just one post, but one I weigh a bit more.

IIRC my slot didn't get lynched until like D6 despite everyone telling me what obvious scum I was for my play D1 and leaving the game because of a personal emergency

 

and scum won that game

Because he's right. I tried to get that slot lynched for days. And think about why it was so hard for me to get that slot lynched. My concern here is that I see a similar pattern emerging and I'm at a loss as to how to shine a spotlight on it any brighter. I see you falling back in to this pattern of just assuming Cory is Town for reasons that aren't obvious to me. Then you claim that somehow my argument with Cory makes our slot more likely to be scum but never actually say WHY that is, iyo. And that is frustrating to me. This reminds me of your game on VS, fwiw. So if you could do me a solid and explain what I said that makes our slot more likely to be scum, that would be stellar.

 

I'd really like for you to respond to 886, as well. I feel like you just skipped responding to that. That's NOT mean and your response is something that would be helpful. What I can say is his play has been the most anti-town in the game thus far, even if he ends up flipping VT. I guess I have to have a conversation with him now but if you are Town, it would be awesome if you could explain why he would be higher than null given that you think he could legit be 3rd party. Like, do you think Survivor Tom is going to help Town win? That's pretty important.
