Barring something obvious with night action results, I'm most likely going for Corlia.  Will consider Pral as well, but he just doesn't post enough to gain much of a read outside of an obvious slip or game mechanics.

Actually, Pral, you have seen my scum game, in dap's French Revolution game - I subbed in for Basel. I think my scum game there was more aggressive than usual though, out of necessity, since Basel was top lynch candidate when I came into the game.

 

Also - thought I'd quoted Pral's post on BFKey, but I guess I didn't. I don't know if nudging is actually a scumtell on Key or not, but I don't think her asking questions - asking for clarification or asking someone to elaborate, or pointing out discrepancies in people's posts - is scummy in and of itself. I associate that as being a very townie thing to do. Easy to imitate as scum, but inherently townie.

 

However, I do agree with Pral's reasoning about how BFG seemed to hesitate on Sili and was waiting for an alternative vote.

What about Pral?  Does this look a little like how he was with us last game?

 

What about Dice?  He's staying out of the limelight and is still wayyy more aggressive than I'm used to.

 

 

 

I don't like how Pral isn't completely caught up with the game, I don't think he's like he was with us last game though. He used really convoluted reasons as to why he thought people were what they were. This time it looks like he's just behind and his reasons more flow with the game. 

 

Dice seems aggressive, yet cautious. I sorta cleared him earlier due to his taking stances, but I can go back and ISO him. 

 

Now, questions for you: 

 

Thoughts on Des, Key, Pral and Tommy. Also, just on me, then on both Yates and myself. 

 

 

Pral:  meh, I'm not convinced.  I'm null, but maybe leaning closer to town at this point.  Still largely undecided.

 

Dice:  still orange for me.  I've seen him figure out who he thinks scum are, and then hound them like crazy and keep at them.  Here, I'm seeing him be aggressive and then quiet down.....aggressive and then quiet again.  Just seems weird.

 

Des:  as I said to Tommy, he's got a big towntell for me that he's hitting.  I won't lynch him ever in this game, barring a confirmed Cop view and even then I'd still rather lynch myself for being so damn wrong (again).

 

Key:  I really liked her responses today.  Really.  I was maybe a little orange on them, but I think that was enough to move them to green for me.

 

Tommy:  I think he's town, although he and I disagree on how much help he is when he's hyperactive and drowning his own ideas out.  That said, I'm serious about his presence - I don't like the idea of scum killing him late after we potentially lose some PRs and then the negative utility in his role becomes MORE pronounced than it is at this moment.  I'm confused as to why he doesn't realize that as well.

 

You:  you followed up with me on something the other day, and that made me think you're town.  I was light green on Yates for being able to follow his thought process clearly, and dark green on you for that follow up.  I want to move you to blue, but I can't just yet.  But green, yes.

I hear ya on the keeping up bit, Dice.....I do.  I'm more worried about the alternating quiet vs. aggressive posting.  I personally don't equate that level of aggressiveness with your town game.

 

For example, I can remember quite a few games that you quietly dogged the people you thought were scum, and then in postgame we all went "jesus why do we not listen to this guy - he practically pegged the whole damn scum team by D2!"

 

^^ that behavior is what I'm not seeing.

 

 

This also highlights why I think hyperactivity is a bad thing - it allows good townies (like yourself when you're town) to be hamstrung trying to keep up, and allows mafia to use that excuse to keep hidden.

if tommy IS alive come day i will vote him. Im the one who originally floated that the BP needed to go early so it cant be used against us. Tommy being alive D3 says 2 things to me. Either the mafia are gonna use him against us later or he IS mafia and we are getting played.
