I tell them to not look in the chat until after D1(I do this as well as it helps give a more realistic tone) and to be very vocal and outgoing.  It's ok for them to push us as no one will take them seriously due to being newer players.  It's really a perfect set up for them to violate town.

Oh I do.  I let them essentially take the 'lead' for the team because no one would expect it.  And if one of us has to die to further clearing them then that's just fine by me.  Throw them into the fire and see how they do.  Not a fan of being overprotective.

sigh, village being daft again. it's not just my volume. it's that i'm consistently there pushing cases or arguing for reason. being a good villager. and besides i've demonstrated no understanding of how a wolfpack functions this game. you know how incredibly hard that would be for me to imitate as a first time wolf cub?

Things like this.  No one knows anyone's alignment for certain (barring scum).  So there's no way everyone could just go based on you saying it over and over again the way you have.  This isn't the way to do it.

The funny thing then that I didn't realize until later was that the reason I was receiving so much pressure was because a wolf was actually outing himself to get me lynched.

Honestly, you have said a number of things that would ping any townie.  Like last game, I'm starting to come around to the fact that that is just you being you.  But damn dude, you can set off radars.

 

If you say odd things, don't be surprised when people suspect you.  Unless you're saying them so that they'll suspect you.  Either way.
