Think if it more as me trying to cut my volume so that players can reread the thread later and focusing more on reading than posting

We can discuss the validity of this post-game, but it worked for me in Discworld and I suspect it's probably the best way to handle games here considering players are plain not going to read 150+ page threads.

I hope this is the truth Cory. I think I suck lately cause I always used rereads as a big tool in my sex scumhunting chest, but lately those have been untenable at best to try and take on as an endeavour, especially with my recent slank-heavy meta

You aren't the first person to complain about how untenable rereads are. The fact that post counts are growing exponentially (I mean, ABBA broke the post count record, then Avengers shattered it and basically any game here runs about 200+ pages nowadays. I'm probably at least somewhat to blame for this shift and the players here are not POG-level dedicated and it basically drowns out and completely removes the presence of ~busier players like dice and Pral who generally have strong content that gets ignored by lack of thread presence.

 

I am going to try to limit myself to 100 posts per day phase in every game here in the future regardless of my alignment; I tried in Discworld and came close (I posted about ~120 times Day 1) and I'm going to keep trying to a limit and have a higher content-ratio and focus more on reading and rereading.

 

There will be times I cannot help myself from making a joke so bear with my roguish charm
