What do you usually look for when "making up your mind"? How do you form your reads?

i look for contradictions to the feelings i have from players. If something seems off, then i usually go back and try to iso that player to see how he/she progressed during the game

I think Des has a plan for when i flip town, he'd have his suspects and a flip on my side would give him info. So, let's say i actually flipped town, what then?

personally, it didn't look too bad to me. Some people don't like my read list either, but i think a read list is more a way of getting your own thoughts on paper rather than convincing anybody else.
