I don't like the angle they're taking, defending Verb and prodding people about Nolder, but sitting with a vote on Verb.

 

I'm not in the habit of casting a vote after a person makes one post in the entire game. Even if it's a particularly bad one. I would like him to show and expand on his reasons. Because right now they make zero sense to me.

I think it was a vote phrased as a serious vote, but that had absolutley no grounds behind it. Especially piggybacking it onto your "reason" for voting Verb, wich as in my eyes read as joke vote.

I'm not proficient enough to have reads of people after 15-20 posts. I do better after players accumulate enough posts that I can ISO and analyze. Right now all I can do is pick out what sort of sticks out to me. Which I pointed out in my previous post

 

Overall, Hallia and Nolder basically need to post more. I don't recall playing with Barm ever (or if I did, I don't remember) so I don't really have any experience in reading him. Mish and Kronos kinda give me a good vibe. Tina is being inquisitve which is a good sign. You're being more active than usual which is refreshing. And Cory is being unusually quiet. But he hasn't played in a while so maybe he's trying a new shtick.

 

dice saying the forbidden number was funny, but hardly indicative of much.

 

 

The rest I don't feel much about one way or the other. Need to see more.

It was traditional that when a wizard died that Death would turn up in person, however the pending apocalypse had him somewhat preoccupied sharpening his scythe, so he'd sent his second in command. Unfortunately the Chair of Indiscriminate Studies¹ wasn't taking being ushered to the other side by a rat very well. Patiently the rat tried explaining again

Around then there's a disturbance at the door and an old woman wearing black and with a pointy hat bursts in. Eyeing the rat briefly befor turning to the unhappy wizard, she asks, surprisingly politely but with a tone that brooks no alternative other than an immediate answer and maybe a cup of tea for good measure

"Where's Ridcully?"

IMHO I think Krak did actually nail Verb out the gate.

I feel bad gunning for him in the first game he's played in months but that's how it goes I guess.

The sympathy for gunning Verb right after his hiatus is funny. And he doesn't really seem broken up about it.... so kind of a head scratcher why he even brought it up.

Besides Verbal is a big boy he can handle being booted from a game early after a hiatus.

As it stands, I'm leaning Krak.  My vote was 100% a joke, and his line of questioning and shrugging off what Mish went at him with seems indicative of scum.  So, yeah.  That's my D1 take thus far.
