Turin GFY dude. Get off your white horse and stop trying to portray me as some jerk. For one I NEVER accused Ithi of lying. I even expressly said that I wasn't interested in dabbling into personal affairs.

 

My comment about her being apathetic was a reaction to a post she made a while back which I basically read as her saying "You guys have got this." Again, I'm not privy to the information you may have had. I have explained myself on this already and not once did I drag you guys to the forefront and cry that you should be lynched because of it.

 

If anything you look like the jackass for trying to shove it in my face after the fact.

I agree. It isn't best case scenario. There are some connections between SP and Arsis and SP and Tommy that his flip can help clear up, though. So it's not like this wont be an info lynch. If you think you have a better lynch candidate, I'm all ears.

Does anyone actually need me to do anything today, or can I just have a bit of time to relax/ possibly sleep. I only got 4 hours last night and I've had a hell of a day today and a 14 hour day due for tomorrow.

My phone got filled up with emails and I've kind've looked at some. You all seem to know each other really well is what I'm mostly getting.

You realize that I wouldn't have this information at hand while evaluating her post, right? She's normally rather outspoken, poking and pushing in all sorts of directions. I don't see that here which causes me some alarm. I'll refrain a bit because I'm not personally interested in dabbling into personal affairs, but I'm not going to just disregard it outright because you say so.

My observation with Ithi was valid. The gist being that I am more accustomed to an outspoken version of her which is frankly all I've seen in the 3-4 we've been in together. I'm not in your QT or PM so I have no idea what is being said there. The thread is my only tool to analyze with.

 

And FYI, mod confirmation of a sub out doesn't make you town so using that as a way to throw dirt my way is bad.

TL/DR

- Turin knows what's up with Ithi and can't defend his other head's out of game reason for absense.

- AJ does not know the real reason but has seen a couple of excuse posts that say she won't be around for reasons.

- AJ is used to an active Ithi and can not reconcile the difference between an inactive Ithi and an absent Ithi

- Key confirmed that Ithi is ABSENT and not lurking or avoiding the thread

- Turin used this to make AJ look bad

- AJ dug in and fought back thinking he was not in the wrong and likely being insulted by the accusation

 

Turin - AJ had no way of knowing if Ithi was avoiding the thread or actually absent. Just because someone posts an excuse doesn't mean it isn't part of a lurker strategy. Suspicion of an excuse is reasonable.

 

AJ - Turin is sorry he hurt your feelings. We can read the thread and know what happened in sequence. That's why we told Turin it wasn't scummy and instead painting you as scummy with a mod post was actually scummier.

I shouldn't have to do this but I will. I have a situation that I need to sort out that will take a couple of days to resolve. I don't need to go away forever. If you want to make it like a game play it's fine. You're wrong but it's fine. I don't have to resign from the game because of something that has happened that was way beyond my control. When I've fixed it I will come back and play. I'm listening to th egame so I don't have to do a mammoth catch up when I've sorted it, but I don't have the time or state of mind to be actively involved.

 

AJ & other people - Turin has been infected by my Englishness. I don't call people scummy because where I come from it means 'douchy' and I don't like to call people names. Turin is worried and concerned about me and forgets that people don't know that it's still Mafia and therefore anything can be cast into doubt. He's a nice guy.

 

I don't want this to negatively affect the game - so please just accept it at face value and let it go now.

 

Tommy - I've not been Mafia since Basel's WW2 game. It was in March 2013. There were two Mafia teams so I was still actively looking for the others. I was converted into the mafia recruiter in DPR's ghosty game. I lied my head off outrageously and was believed until some pesky person took a photo of me and exposed the whole thing.

 

I'm not gone. I'm not dead. I just need to not have to be involved in this game for a couple of days. Thank you again.

No. Turin is mad because you are being a jackass. Basically accusing her of lyingto hide from pressure. She was engaged and active. Higher post count than you. Our stance on TG is unpopular but we are entitled to it. She got bad news and had to step away for a while. She came out and stated it. You chose to portray her as apathetic. I said back off because you are treading on this ice. Csarmi said to back off. The mod confirmed she was taking a break. You are still trying to use it to make her look bad. Did you question hallia being sick? Or tg travelling? You said you would be gone for school and work but are still here. Did you lie?

 

If you had read the page since my post you would have seen I was not saying you were mafia because of it. I have different reason for my read on you.
