The cold wind blew over the Westwood and onto the Quarry Road where Rand and his father were bringing a cartload of apple brandy to Emond's Field.  At one point, Rand thought he saw a rider watching them, but when he turned back, he was gone.  Must've been something wrong with the tabac he smoked before setting off.  And Tam had said they were going back to the farm today too.  It was going to be a long Winternight.

But think about it.  If you were designing a game based on Sherlock Holmes mythology, one of his most iconic villains and ONLY love interest (other than Watson, of course) would have to be a powered role or, more likely, scum. 

 

The one thing that has going for you is that she is a very unlikely safe claim.   This is the equivalent of claiming Catwoman in a Batman mafia game. 

 

For the record, I think it stinks that you are the lead lynch in three games.  I'm sure you know it's nothing personal at all and I enjoy playing mafia with you.

Thane is the lead lynch in three games right now, or among the lead.  I was just trying to explain its nothing personal.  I probably should have put most of that in the Sherlock game, but (out of game) I kinda feel bad for the guy.  It stinks to be the D1 target in THREE GAMES, but that's how the Wheel weaves.

But it's affecting his gameplay so I think it is somewhat relevant.  I understand that we probably shouldn't discuss specifics about other games, but Thane has given up on another game because of certain events and he is among those targeted here.  I wanted him to know that I (and I suspect others) treat each game separately and that it is nothing personal. 

 

I don't want to see him quit because he's the lead lynch in three games....now two.

For what it's worth, I think Leelou is the better target in this game.  The fact that we didn't get a majority tells me we are onto something.
