As far as why is it a bad thing to place a second vote on someone?  Did she read my post?  People typically avoid being the second or third vote on a player until the game gets going.  Often I've seen people say "Dang, I was gonna vote DAWN but Red beat me to it, so I guess I'll vote Lanth."  To me, Verbal's vote is suspect, but Tina's vague defense of Verbal is even more suspect.

 

Things change.  DM mafia got pretty awful for a while in terms of just forced voting to beat a DL rather than scumhunting, so for me personally I'd rather see some quick votes pile up to fire the brush.

Mynd - I look at all things. Right now, I'm looking at Dawn. She needs to actually play though, which is something she fails to do successfully. Even her response to me has given little to nothing to go on. 

 

Perhaps, you should look at the Twilight game I ran or a couple other games on the main board here she's been in. Since you've been away from DM for some time and all. Ya know, just being helpful. 

 

I have a watchful eye on Tina, she seems a bit off. Not sure if it is because she said she's busy or if she's trying to hide as scum.

Hallia's defense of Tina here makes me feel sketchy about her regardless of Tina's alignment. What she's saying is patently false, at least from a town perspective. Questions which make it look like you're scumhunting when you're not aren't that great, and questions in the manner of rolefishing or something are even worse.

 

I think Krak's point about Tina was fairly obvious, that she seemed to be fake scumhunting to him, so Hallia's over-simplistic defense here could either be a scummer vouching for a teammate or scum!Hallia white knighting Tina.

Sorry I've been gone all.  I've not been well the past couple of days.

 

I have four main things to say now that I am back.

 

1) Leelou reeks.  She brought up my name a ton and kept trying to bounce scenarios off of it and she is flapping about tying things together as much as possible.  Her play here looks like damage control though I have no idea why she would start that this quickly and I don't know what it's for.

2) Hally's post about Dawn didn't make much sense to me.  It feels weird.

3) I actually agreed with Des...  What is going on here?

4) Mynd, TG and Des look awesomely town.  TG so much that after 212 I was almost embarrassed to post this.

Terrible is a harsh word but Hally is being polite. Intelligence doesnt ewuate to aptitude and dawn tends to be apathetic which makes her inconsistent and inactive. Do you know how difficult it is to work with a preteen who has no experience and only a cursory understanding of the discussions at hand? Its why I fuss at her. Wasted ability and worse still wasted player slot.

The player sticking out to me is Leelou. i find her push on dawn odd, and hardly justified imo. Her poking at Tina seems off too. People can be busy, i know i am not around on DM when working lateshifts (today too)
