Also, when did differently aligned lovers become the norm? I've usually seen them as both town, and Verb is old school like me, so I'm inclined to see them as both town for now.

It's because of RTE's recent game I would guess... Wich was the first time I saw lovers as different alignement.

Millers are a role. They are townies that appear to be mafia in any form. What these people have is not a role. It is part of their alignment, a "flips as" by my understanding. It looks to me like if thwy were viewed by a PR that the individual would get their real alignment. Could be wrong but that would certainly make more sense.

That does sound logical. One of the things that's trusted in a normal mafia game is the coroner report. A false alignement in the coroner could sow a whole lot of chaos.

We have a deadline in just under 24 hours (would love a countdown timer Verb; not all of us are in the US). This is the most recent votecount.

 

I'm not sold on Csarmi; he has given me a few pings from time to time, but his post where he'd asked Verbal about the alignement/appears as before anyone else had mentioned it, and generally trying to figure out Nol's alignement (little reason for a mafia to do that; they'd know the was either mafia with them, or town/third party, and so why care?) gives me a town read on him for the moment. I haven't seen much from Lily that's pinged for me. And, I still think it's completly stupid to take down me, and then have Des use his revenge kill; we're only 13 alive, we risk loosing 3 townies. Then it's suddenly 10 alive, and we don't know if any mafia has died yet, so that will place town in a potentially super bad position.

 

It's 2.30 am so I'm not able to start a reread now, and tomorrow I'm having guests the whole day so although I'll be able to come one and check what's new and place votes, I won't have time to reread then either. Crap. My gut says Krak or Len. Mostly Krak. He had some scum-tastic posts on D1.

 

I'll put my vote there for now, and I'll check as soon as I wake up tomorrow and then keep updated the rest of the day.

Mish: I believe her. Why would she come out with the Miller claim? She had no reason to believe anyone had the same situation as her (if viewed, will view as mafia despite town alignment) so that was a huge risk. I'm thinking Town here. And in all due respect, don't think Miller claim was the first thing she'd have thought of. Then again could be some Mafia QT work but I'm feeling town on this one.

 

Des: Concerned lover. Plays terribly as scum. On his Meta. Town. Has jeopardized the lives of two townies though with his "jumping the gun" lovers reveal. Not sure how I feel about his ability on death though. I find that really interesting. Does that still work if you are lynched/NKed?

Oh look at this fishy fish. I think this is irrelevant to ask; I can confirm Des has these abilities because I have them too, The exact mechanics, I don't think is neccessary to share. Only mafia would be interested in knowing the exact mechanics there, especially when you have just said you think both of us is town.

 

Also, your vote on Dice is opportunistic and looks bad. You said Krak was on your suspect-list. Well he had 1 vote already. But you still choose to put your vote on a new player, with 16 hours left to deadline and a completed lynch nowhere in sight. And the last post before yours was a votecount, so you can't really have missed that fact. Ping ping ping. You just rose to the top of the scum list.

I haven´t made up my mind about what to believe about Mish but I think that there are townies that appears as mafia. Why else would we have the "appear as" in our role PM? I think you are wrong when you say that she had no reason to belive that anyone else was in the same situation. Again, the whole meaning with the "appear as" must be that people don´t show up as their true alignment.
