Unvote. Vote Tina.  I'm finding this to be weak. Tress always joke votes Ishy to start off, so this is a null tell. For you to use it in your case is reaching hard, and I don't see why you're calling attention to it.

 

Interesting that Tress tie herself to Ishy that way. First the friendly "joke vote" and then she leaves his train that was the largest at the moment and move her vote to me (without a real reason) and make my train the largest.

This game is very quiet, I expected more with the list of experienced players.

 

I find Darthe's vote on TG a bit interesting though, and vice versa. Tina appears to like stirring the pot and thus has garnered 4 votes from it. Not a big fan of how Darthe claims Tina is 'confirmed' vanilla based on her play though.

 

I can't really comment on Basel's reason for voting Tina as this is only my second game and I can't claim to know anyone's meta.

 

I'd like some others to come in and contribute more, we've basically got nothing from about a third of the players.

I have a difficult time making judgements on day 1 most of the time, and like you I am still learning what people's styles are.

Darthe likes to make bold declarations that someone is town.  So much WIFOM on whether he actually knows it for a fact or not.

At this stage of the game, most people tend to get a town read from those who are trying to kick-start the game from the joke vote/spam stage into serious play.  And other than that, there's generally not a lot of opinions to be had.

Ishy, here is Tress´ reason to vote me. I try to kick-start the game and thus people will get a town read on me. That isn´t really a reason to vote me. What I guess is that Tress thinks I´m scum hiding behind a usual town play. 

 

I´m actually using the same logic against her. Her joke vote could mean nothing, or it could be a way to tie herself to you. When she unvotes you and vote me and thereby switch the vote majority from you to me, then she is definitely linking herself to you. See, all of this is about Tress, not about you, but it´s interesting that you felt the need to defend her play.

Cool, This has been pretty lighthearted so far. 

 

I like that, keeps things easy when they should be.

 

Tina is a bit erratic this game I notice, either she is becoming to comfy as mafia (considering she has been twice recently and it had been over a year before that) and slipping up or she genuinely just doesn't care.  Either way it pretty much confirms her as vanilla, which isn't a grand town play.  

 

Basel is being neutral.  However, since basel stinks as mafia it is safe to assume that means he is town  Not kidding though, I have a town read on him.

 

Peace is null so far, surprisingly hasn't doen anything to put himself out there yet.  

 

Ishy is being fun, but also investing himself in the game.  He is town.

Tglems sticks out to me as forced.  Thus, Vote Tglems.

 

Cloud seems town enough.

 

Tress isn't doing much, I say give her a day to wind up.

I was planning on unvoting after seeing some responses to my vote but Tina's self vote has me wondering a bit.   It creates a ton of wifom. 

 

I agree that Tina's self vote creates a lot of wifom. At first I only saw it as a funny joke, but she seems to do the same thing to Ishy in a later post: 

 

I just want to shake this game. Unvote.  Vote Ishy. Why? Well, why not. He hasn´t done anything but spammed so far and he already have two votes.

 

OMG! I´m the first one who have put the third vote twice now. :D

 

This might be seen as just kickstarting the game, but it comes of a bit forced to me. It's like she desperately wants to show everyone that she is town by placing a third vote on Ishy and then making another joke about being the third voter twice in a row.

 

 

Hmm, I almost thought for a second that I should have voted Tina, because of the self vote taking so long to switch over. But now that it has, I can honestly say I'm still trying to figure out who to vote for. Though I do wonder about why I shouldn't still vote for Tina. I've never played with you guys so it's going to take me some time to figure out your patterns.

Meta. From what I heard of her in this game she is a good enough player to hold on to the same meta as both town and mafia, so it doesn't really say much imo.

This Tina train stinks. I think I already mentioned it, Tina always tries to get the game moving quickly, it doesn't necessarily make her scum. The speed at which her train is building definitely makes me think there are multiple scum on it. I also expected to hear a lot more from Darthe today.
