The Amnesty - All New Children Begin at 2nd Tier!

As part of our effort to grow this RP group, I have decided to immediately put the following amnesty in effect:

 

1. All existing Children may immediately advance to the 3rd Tier of their Division, becoming a Captain (Army), Inquisitor (Hand), or Spy (Eyes). I have changed the rank system as well, so please review the How to Advance page for an explanation of our new Ranks and Divisions. To qualify for this advancement, all current members may simply update their bio(s) to reflect their history from the point they joined to their promotion to 2nd Tier. In addition, their WS will be raised to a max of 10 (depending on their history and Division).

 

Note: This is NOT required, and any current member who wishes to simply have their current rank converted to the new system and continue to advance from where they are may do so.

 

2. Any new member who wishes to join may have their new characters BEGIN at 2nd Tier, becoming a Hundredman (Army), Arbiter (Hand), or Ranger (Eyes). To qualify for this, the new character bios MUST include the character history from the point they joined the Children until their promotion to 2nd Tier. In addition, their WS will be raised to a max of 7 (depending on their history and Division).

 

Note: This is NOT required, and any current member who wishes to simply have their new character begin as a raw Recruit may do so.
