btw, i've been reading MoL all weekand, and have had Hay Fever since Friday.  its bad enough that i called out of work today and have spent the majority of day in bed fighting bronchitist because my flamming nose wont quit running and a heelacious headache from coughing too damned much.  one day you gues will hear of a mass fire in South Mississippi and will know its me burning down every one of these flamming goat loving pine trees.   but thats fine, my death will expose the scum.

I still feel my case on Darthe is solid and am very surprised he hasn't been lynched yet. He literally backpedaled and contradicted himself. He wanted to lynch Hallia for being new andthen when he got called on it he played it off like it was a reaction test and then later turned around and went right back after Hallia for the same reason. It doesn't make any kind of sense from a townie POV. If he was town and was reaction testing he wouldn't have gone after her again later that day for the same reasons. I would stake any possible reputation I may have as a mafia player on his being scum.

Look at this right here? Asking permission? That's a basic scum move right there. You use it to propose bad ideas (in this case lynching red, she's probably a townie given how her train built up so much steam so quickly at the end there) and then let the town discuss it. If they go with the bad idea, hey everyone agreed so it's not YOUR fault right? And if they don't that's ok too nothing was lost. Tell me how you're still alive please. I'd love to know what you're doing because when I'm scum I usually get lynched really early but you're on your way to day 3.

1. You know I have no sympathy for people that ditch games just because it's the weekend.

2. My vote has been solidly on Darthe since Day 1. I took part of a single post to note that you weren't playing how I'm used to but as I said I didn't want to vote you based just on that. I was asleep when they lynched you so don't blame me. I never voted you or pushed your lynch.

i dont just ditch Mafia on the weekands, i ditch the entire internet.  spending time with Bubba and doing stuff IRL takes higher precedent than the internet Nol.  you know this, i'm not askign for sympathy i'm pointing out how misleading it is for someone to push the angle that i'm lurking and no one to come out and say "yeah Reds never here on the weekands"

Mish - why so anxious for things to happen today?  its 2 days away from the deadline, so what was the rush eh?  trying to get the hammer on me before i could even voice my opposition to this lack of a case on me.

 

Darthe - why the hammer without waiting for me to check in.  you knew i dont play on the weekands, yet you call it a disappearing act on SUNDAY.  you've always been one of the more vocal about giving a person a chance to post before their hammered unless the deadline is close.

 

Rand - really, playing passively and just seemign to be active.  yeah because i totally didn't paint a giant target on my back with the no lynch and wasn't casing multiple people on D1 right.  you're full of it and you need pressure over that since its the angle a few people latched onto for my lynch.

 

Tress - i usually nit pick you about things.  you have to post more for me to nit pick, as Nol stated you had all of 2 or 3 posts D1.  can't really nit pick from those.

 

 

and lets not even forget about Clouds vote out the gate.  talk about a pre-emptive OMGUS seeing as i stated over the night i'd be comming after him. 

 

 

as for what i think happened over the night.  i think the scum targetted me becuase they saw my finder crumbs and saw that my flip woudl help secure alot more lynches and i think the healer protected me for that exact reason so good instincts healer.  Finder, go get us some scum and win it for this lot.

Suddenly, she struggles from his grasp and in the process throws them both off balance.  As they crash to the ground, Red's head catches the corner of the table. 

You witness this all in utter disbelief.  Seeing she is dead...Cloud rushes to confirm his suspicions.  He rummages through her purse and finds she's just a simple housewife with a curiosity for the unknown.

That is quite simply false. I have played games with inactive scummates. I remember one very specific example where I really got on someones case about not being around and they assured me they would be and then they weren't.

I was trying to steer us towards a better game. Lynching everyone who talks and leaving everyone who posts once or twice a game day does not make a fun game for me. If that's what you like that's cool I guess (not really) but I'm not going to just let it slide by without saying anything. Additionally you are flat out wrong as I've said many times before on this point. If you lynch a person who isn't talking you get information. It's not as much information as if you lynched someone who IS talking but you do get information and also serve one very important purpose at the same time. When we let people slide to end game without talking we often end up in a situation where it's very hard for players to judge each other. Let's take a player who has all of 5 posts (hypothetically) and they're in 4 way lylo. No one is going to be able to tell whether that player is town or scum. Maybe they'll have some hunches but really it's a toss up in most cases. Now pretend that's all 4 players in that 4 way lylo. That's a terrible situation to be in as town. As we lynch lurkers we are not only encouraging scum to talk more (and thus REVEAL THEMSELVES through scummy play AS the scum they are) but we also eliminate townies who can be easily mistaken for scum because they haven't been posting. It is not an ideal situation. Ideally we want everyone posting as much as possible but if you have lurkers it's honestly best to policy lynch them.

Here is reds opinion. Red is claiming that cloud is being the scummiest. Ignoring his joke vote on Mish, he voted Darthe, me, went back to Darthe, and then settled on red for day 1. The last vote was an omgus vote. He kept his vote on red for day two and was refusing to move it.

Hahaha!! Seriously? You are making my job way too easy dude. First, let my explain your own inconsistency in your last couple of posts. I know that it's Night btw, but I don't really care. 

 

Ok. So you agree with Red's opinion about me. If so, then please tell my why you followed my vote on Red saying that you had a gut feeling that she was scum? When you cased Nolder you also brought up an ancient argument of Day 1 where people said that him bringing up his rant on inactivity was actually a scum strategy. 

 

You say that I ignored my joke vote on Mish? I don't really understand what you mean by this. If you look at page 2 where I made my first post you notice that my second one where I cased Darthe was almost 3.5 hours apart from the joke vote. Me voting Darthe, then voting you, then going back to Darthe and finally settling on Red was build on good reasoning. I have yet to find a good argument against it. Red claimed that I was following, and she even said that she would write a case about it. Where is the case?? She hadn't brought it up since Day 1, and even if she forgot about it here is my comment about this matter that I posted pages back: 

 

"@Red: I'm NOT shadowing ANYONE. I was the first to vote on Darthe with a case made by myself. I was also the first to case Kronos after everyone seemed to have ignored his comments. If you actually agreed with Red's argument then you would have voted for me from the start, because most of her issues with me come from Day 1.

*yawn* You wake up after a cold uncomfortable night sleeping on the hangar floor.  Those wool army issued blankets are warm...but itchy.  The concrete floor is hard...and you back aches.   You notice others starting to stir.  The smell of coffee and pastries awakens your hunger.  Everyone seems to get the same idea a once and with muffled yawns and stretches you all make your way to the table to grab breakfast.  All but one that is. 

Rand is still lying under his blanket.  While the others grab their pastries you decide to make sure she is alright.  Pulling back her blanket you notice she is deathly pale.  A quick check of her pulse confirms it.  He's dead Jim!...   Apparently he was suffocated.   Other's now take notice and start to gather round you.  You put a voice to thier suspicions, "He's dead.  Strangulation is what it looks like.  Must have been two people since one had to hold her pillow over her mouth to keep him from screaming and the other would have to hold him down."

This is almost becoming surreal as you start to ponder if satifying your curiosity is really worth the price.  You hadn't thought the two scum would result to murder.  Now the stakes have been raised.  Now you will need to watch your back carefully.  You could be their next target.

The people that voted for Red's death would be the most suspicious, with Red saying herself that she believed Cloud to be the scummiest.  Maybe he's worth taking a look at?
