Jack, thanks for trying to get things started, but there are a number of possibilities as to what the setup could be. I think there is probably 3 mafia, since that's pretty standard for a 12 player game, but beyond that, I don't have any opinions.

I think Rand meant the counter website. Rand, all you have to do is type in the time and date you want to countdown to, and it asks your location. So from there it figures what zone you are in. It's very handy.

FYI to everyone: I will be on LOLA from Friday afternoon till sometime on Sunday due to an out-of-town family party on short notice. I expect to still be able to put up vote counts and write a scene if needed. Due to the short notice, I would likely have skipped this event if it didn't involve a chance to see my last remaining grandparent, which doesn't happen very often for me.

The thing that sticks out to me the most is EP. He seemed to be trying awfully hard to discredit Jack. One of these two is mafia. I'll keep my vote where it is until something better comes along.

I've seen 12 people with 4 scum in a basic game. also 3 with SK. Hard to say this early, but at least 3 for sure.

OK, I don't know that I agree with this. Both Rands and Kaylee's posts seem to be honest speculation. I wonder, could it be because Kaylee guessed three? Maybe it's not Kaylee who knows something? ;) Because I think either likelihood is just as plausible, probably depending on the existance of a SK.

 

While I was initially wowed by the clever laying of that trap, I think these posts seems a bit pushy / manipulative, possibly trying to get people to follow your deduction. Could just as asily be a mafia technique as pure townie speculation. But I'm a mite suspicious now after re-reading. ^^

 

You've already got Mawth following you and the fact that you're clearly a clever player could sway newbies to vote with you as well.

This post bothers me for some reason; instead of adding something to Jack's play or commenting on it, she's bowing down, it seems. Though, word of advice, never be blinded by experienced mafia players: they make mistakes like the rest of us and sometimes we can play them as well as they can us. lol

As for Jack's tricks: "meh" I kinda see where you're coming from, but it can trap town as easily as scum, the same as any other information gathered in the game.
