bull. I was a stump in that ASOIF game. I just sat there like a mascot.

that's because it wasn't really true mafia IMO

it was factions vs factions

if there had only been 2 or 3 things would have been different

It is possible to have a mafia-aligned tree stump. They just can't win if they are the only one left. Also, one of the mistakes most players made in my game was to not treat it like a normal mafia game. It was essentially was a game with 3 mafia factions and one cult. Starks and Highgardens were basically the town. People got confused and made mistakes because of the factions though.
