I see no clues pandy's death will be a positive thing. Even IF he's a tree stump (the only believable explanation I remember - though I could have missed/forgotten another), I'm playing to win, not to see other people loose.

Personally, I feel we should test out whether or not Pandy is lynchable. If he is, lets eliminate the threat of Pandy in the game. He cannot be town and mod without knowing who the mafia are.
