Basel was stealthy as he snuck into his Juliet's courtyard, wanting to see the beauty again. He was in love, there was no way around it. They spoke, for but a moment, and promised to love each other for all eternity. He had a plan on how he would be with her again, and no one would stop them. But first, he had to take care of a few things...

 

 

Elsewhere, Ishy caught sight of his next victim. He made a move, intent on the kill. No heroes or villains would be left alive. There was no honor left within him. And, he had to protect the Mod Goddess.

 

Moving to attack his target, he was shocked to see that nothing happened. No, that couldn't be right. Why wasn't it working? This creature had to die!

 

He was even more shocked when something else came from behind. The person overwhelmed him, and he backed up, horrified. This thing would destroy them both. It was clearly mad.

 

In Basel's arms lay the body of his Beloved Juliet. He looked destraught, and Christine and Ishy could both see that the girl appeared to be dead. Basel was sobbing with her in his arms, and spoke a few soft words to her, before laying her down and charging at them both, as though they had killed her.

 

Ishy and Christine turned and ran, intent on not dying that night. But, Basel did not notice the Mod Goddess. No, it's eyes were set, intent on destroying the one true honorable character left.

 

Across a skinny bridge, they ran, barely even taking time to look back. Christine ran in front, and looked back, just in time to see Ishy make his stand.

 

"You Shall Not Win!"

 

"ISHY!" Christine screamed, unable to bear the thought of losing him.

 

Ishy began to speak, trying to keep the monster back, and away from the Mod. He had to destroy this evil beast. The beast moved to attack, but Ishy blocked it all the same. The man fell backwards, and Christine watched from afar, in horror.

 

"Go back to your books!"

 

Basel moved to attack again, and Ishy raised his weapon high.

 

 

"YOU SHALL NOT WIN!"

 

The bridge began to crumple underneath them, and Basel toppled backward, the bridge crashing down with them. Christine felt joy, seeing that Ishy would live through the night.

 

"Juliet!!!!" The voice called. Christine would make certain that he was buried beside her.

 

Ishy turned back to Christine, intent on coming to join her, when something came up and caught him. Basel had grabbed on to him, and would not let go. It was too much weight. They would both fall.

 

"ISHY!" Christine called, trying to rush to her friend, but instead tripped over her own two feet.

 

Ishy tried to pull himself back up, but the weight was too much. They stared at each other in shock.

 

"Fly, you fool!"

 

And with that, Ishy released his hold on the rock, and they both fell to their death.

Okay, we have seven players left. In a 12 player game, I would expect to have three scum. It surprises me that we had an SK as well, as they tend to unbalance things in a 12 player setup (on mafiascum, they decided that 8 - 3 - 1 disadvantages the town too much, while 9 - 2 - 1 disadvantages the scum too much, and that they're all unfair to the SK). Now, this game has been slow, and I don't feel that I have a read on most people.

 

Yesterday, Red seemed to have Basel nailed, so I think she's town.

 

I'm glad that I proved to be right about Arez being newbish rather than scummy. I think we may find scum sniffing around Arez, because he was an easy target. Basel was on the Arez wagon yesterday. Lenlo voted for Arez on both Days One and Two. Levity, lurking like a machine, was suspicious of Arez: 'I currently have my eyes on Arez, of course, as seems to be the general consensus?'

 

So, my vote is between Levity and Lenlo. I think both are probably scum, but Lenlo has the worse record.

Tynaal and Kae are pining hard core for their inactivity. Kae, your vote record isn't excatly in your favor either, i think you came in with the same type of late "for the majority" vote on Razen.

aside from already being on my list, thsi vote seals the deal for me. you've been after me since D1, promised ot come back with a case yet never did, then tried to start a late in the day wagon on me D2 instead of voting to get a majority.

 

not to mention i still dislike how you ignored Basel and Ishy's push on "Arez must be coached" yet go right for me. speaks to me like you thought Ishy was a town leading the lynch, and didn't want to touch Basel cause he's a scum mate.

because i'm avoiding work and i wanted to poitn out a few things, here are my notes on D2 with the nights corner reports in mind

 

2 things stand out.

 

first is the lack of response concerning the slip up i pointed out about Basel. generally those type of things get lots of interest and comments in games; i don't know if its just the lack of activity or what but this is interesting to say the least.

 

second is that upon review Amega seemed to really attach onto attacking/casing/pressuring me after i pointed out Basels slip. i'd like others to go back and review this to make sure i'm not blowing it out of proportion though. seeing as the attack was agaisnt me, i'm expecting Amega to come out with a "its an OMGUS case and not legit" so other voices (like everyone else) on this would be nice.

I think I'm going to Vote Ishy with love because he started the votes on Arez today, and I think it's fitting that he be a competing train. No, I have no other case. But I'm not really feeling the Arez lynch, to me he just feels like a n00b who made a few mistakes.

 

this vote stinks. given that the scum likely thought Ishy was a townie leading the lynch, this feels like setting up a future lynch and knowing the Arez would flip town. especially in light of Kaes late "for the majority" vote which i'll get to in a minute.

interesting reaction, and is on the fence so that even though you commented on it your not seen as really defending or attackign Basel over it. yet you cover yourself with asking Basel to explain why he said it.

to the underlined, who exactly were you FoSing over the bandwagon vote at the time of this quote Ameag. i'm assuming it was me seeing as the rest of the post is addressing me. but i want clarification on this.

 

2nd i explained already why i felt he was being coached and i stand by that. his change in playstyle is a hallmark of a coached townie.

this quote came right after Basels scramble on my catch, in that post he also attacks me for agreeing that Arez seems coached yet fosing those pushing the lynch on the idea of Arez being coached.

 

imo, those two quotes seem to go together and it felt like (and still does feel like) a team attempt to start a case for a later wagon against me.

 

also, just because Arez explained himself doesn't mean i took his explination at face value as i didn't know how he would flip. i fail to see why me not believing him when he says "i'm not being coached" is any more case/fos worthy than Ishy or Basel not doing so.

 

once again, i point out that Amega's main attack against me is the fact that i bought into the Arez is coached angle; yet he leaves ishy (the lynch header) and Basel (the lynch pusher) out of this.

 

 

honestly Amega, it feels liek your just trying way too hard to find something, anything, to lead a lynch against me. why do you view me as such a threat??

taking into account Basels words of "or maybe we just like watching the back and forth between people" this makes me think that he was liekly the only scum on Razen's lynch. aside from this sentence, the sheer number of non-voters screams that there is atleast 1 scum in there.

 

really, the only new info i get is moving Pandy further down my suspect list.

 

 

Day 2

 

Arez: Ishy, Lenlo, Basel, Red, Kae, Panda

Red: Amega, Arez

 

No Vote: Levity, Tynaal

 

 

the only new info this gives is that i'd love to see more pressure on Levity and Tyn tbh. both were also non-voters on D1 where i'm sure atleast 1 scum is, so the chances of either of these two being scum is great. imo, Levity is more likely to be scum given the fact that she was softly pushing the Arez lynch by pointing out scummy things on him, yet didn't case a vote for him.

Lenlo being gone until the 17th, I think he should've been replaced. That's 5 RL days from now! So I think voting there is kind of unfair...

Underlining mine. Just wanted to point out that this was my reason for not voting for Arez at that time. I did throw my thought out there. I am really not sure why you think I'm scummy for voting for him later to avoid a random, especially when I wouldn't be online at the time of the DL.
