She does say "not". This is book 3 in the series, so I wonder how much it means? Was she angry enough or experienced enough to judge such things at all?

And in the next sentence she is surprised that she is that strong herself..I don't remember the exact wording but it is pretty clear she can hold half that much of the OP.

The block never prevented her from sensing the power...only holding it herself.

It kind of fits with Moraine's Nyn is a bonfire compared to the candle of Egwene,Elayne comment. There are what 3 levels behind in the power rankings? So it is pretty clear that the levels are huge jumps in strength.

They had a sa'angreal. A medium angreal lets Aviendha hold twice as much as Nynaeve could. 8-9 Aes Sedai + sa'angreal are far, far above Nynaeve in strength.

No, I don't think she could see the glow when she wasn't angry (before losing her block).

I think she's a lot stronger, at least from Moiraine's perspective (probably from Egwene's too).

That is impossible if Nyn can hold half of what 8 AS can hold with a Sa'angreal.

I remember at least one instance of Nyn being angry (but not angry enough obviously) that she could not see what was going on.

She was unable to see how Egwene traveled in LoC. She asked Elayne to kick her so she would get angry.

I think the simple answer is that Nyneave was making a big understatement when she said she could not channel half the amount those Aes Sedai were channelling. According to Egwene, a strong Aes Sedai could crumble the walls of Tar Valon with that sangreal. That's way beyond Nyneave, and there are seven other Aes Sedai channelling as well in that circle. It's possible they were not using the full power of the Sangreal though.
