The day seemed to fly past; one of their group stepped forward and declared themselves Shadio, but wait! They went onto to explain the need to disable the mounting numbers of Dragonsworn within their dwindling ranks. With one outflung hand they declared “It’s her!”

 

The group descended on Annoura and before she had the chance to say anything they had spilled her blood onto the dry ground below.

Everyone slept fitfully that night; some did not sleep asmuch as others...

 

Masema was settling down after a long night of convincing his latest convert, a master stroke, he congratulated himself, causing theShaido to rupture from within...

 

He was still praising the gifts of vision the Lord Dragon had given him as he knelt and prayed the Lord Dragon would forgive him his sins; after all he was working towards the greater good - as he saw it anyway. The last of the wise ones loyal to the Shaido was already hiding in his tent and as he settled down she crept across the canvas floor and neatly slit his throat.

 

Nolder - Masema Dagar - Dragonsworn Leader was dead

 

Rhiale was quite pleased with herself, finally she had dealt with this scourge. The Dragonsworn had become a plague and had interfered with the Shaido’s plans for long enough. She crept out of the tent into the pale pink of sunrise; there she was confronted by Therava and Someryn. “I have succeeded this evening.” She boasted. Therava raised an eyebrow, “Have you now?” she asked questioningly. The response drew Rhiale’s eyes to Therava, her eyes narrowed. “And just what do you mean by that response Therava?” she questioned; she never saw the spear Someryn threw at her with deadly accuracy. Rhiale’s body crumpled, and she collapsed.

Jur Grady sat with his back to a tree; he had been quiet these last few days since Neald had been killed. They had thought themselves almost invincible. The snap of a branch in the early morning light made him look up. He squinted, trying to see who the woman was that approached. She definitely wore a gown, but looking into the rising sun showed him only a silhouette. As she drew nearer he recognised her, “Majesty” he said, climbing to his feet. “Ah Grady, here you are,” she said, “I have need of a Gateway if you would be so kind.” Grady nodded, “Of course your Majesty.” “I brought you fresh tea as well, to sip as we walk to the travelling ground.” Grady thanked her and took along drink from the fine teacup. Belatedly, Grady wondered what Alliandre was doing out here, unaccompanied by a guard, bringing him tea. His eyes widened in horror as an intense spasm spread from his gut throughout his entire body. His face turned red, then blue, then black as the poison took hold, in the space of 10 heartbeats Grady was dead and his body toppled to the ground.

The remaining three met in the centre of the camp. “We have done well in the Prophet’s name Alliandre Maritha Kigarin,” Therava said. “The Prophet may have woken from the dream but we will carry on his work, raising an army for the Lord Dragon, redistributing the wealth of the nobles and merchants amongst the poor. Let us go forth and complete the Prophet’s work.”

 

The three walked from the camp, triumphant.

Great game Ama

There were some things I could gripe about (mid game decisions that had to be made, mistakes, etc) but you already know what those are and there's no reason to beat you up over them

I had a fun time playing and I hope everyone else did as well

*nods* there were a few things i wasn't ready for, but for my first advanced game i think it went well :) And i did compensate those who were disadvantaged as well as i could i thought.

I'll be honest. I was a bit bitter about being recruited at first.

 

The night I got recruited I investigated Nolder. Woulda lynched the snot outta him the next day. WHY CRUEL FATE!?!

 

Oh well, everything worked out for me in the end! :baalzamon:

To explain, I've been cult for about 4 game days, lol. I was still allowed to post on the mafia QT for the simple reason that they would have NKed me if I stopped posting. Usually in a game like this, mafia are unrecruitable. Ama didn't have that planned for, and made the best decision possible, which was that I could speak on both QTs, but could NOT reveal the mafia to the cult. So I didn't.

 

Revealing as mafia was solely designed to trick the mafia. At that point, I was possibly the only living player that knew the alignment of the entire game, so I needed 1 mafia teammate to vote with me so the remainder of the cult could pile on for the lynch.

 

Great game by all, and great job modding, Ama!

True that, hehe. I was even bummed at first - I was a mafia roleblocker, which is an awesome role. But we pulled it out, which was surprising seeing as Nolder was pegged CL so early and kept squirming around to stay alive!

So my and Red's team, we were looking for Faile. If we found her, we would then have the option of getting our lists or recruiting people to our mason team. We were the anti-cult :laugh:

 

Except we failed miserably at finding Faile...
