Here is the exact copy from my notes (names that I sent in)

N1 – Corro (worked), N2- Meesh(redirected?), N3- Self (no redirect), N4- Ed(I don’t know), N5- Turin

 

N4 and 5 I wasn't told anything by the MOD (sometimes she tells me worked or not) SO I don't know if anything happened. I assume it didn't

Well since my action worked I would have to say your block failed for whatever reason. I assume it counts as an action anyway. I did get the response that I was now the LIGHTSWORN bodyguard of Perrin.

Yeah...I dunno...I'm inclined to believe BG over Turin (never thought I'd say that, but times change ).

 

But maybe they're both telling the truth, and it doesn't have to be mutually exclusive....

 

Still, Turin was close to being strung up yesterday and suddenly his lynch was derailed onto Maw, with practically no case, so I wonder if there's something there. Also, he has been acting suspiciously anyway. It would give us good information, I think, to lynch him regardless.

 

Though, if we don't lynch Turin, I think we should lynch Nolder. Or Despo. One or both of them HAS to be scum. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. My money is at the very least on Nolder.

From the games I have played I have learned to never assume you know what the MOD will do. I took my search for Perrin to be an action since I had to submit a name each night. this was partly why I was curious about the "check" action as I thought it might have been mine and I wasn't sure that it would show. I don't know if my action could be blocked as I never got a response that it was. Which makes sense since the RB didn't target me until last night. My result was always so and so was NOT PERRIN. Until last night when I got so and so is PERRIN and that I was now a LIGHTSWORN bodyguard.

Being nearly 2am, I'm too tired to go back right now and find quotes, but didn't you respond to my vote on Kae a couple phases ago because she was considered "vetted" due to the whole Kae/Red/Neighborhood Watch stuff? If you are unaware now that there was a neighborhood watch, then I'm almost certain that your response to me had to have been completely coached.

This is hard to not go with. Sorry Turin, but either way, we're getting a mafia/cult with this. If you flip town, we've got cult or mafia with BG. So, at worst, we have a 1-for-1 deal.

Ed, I used what I had heard in game and guessed. I know you don't want me to draw a picture right? That might not be so bad if I would actually live through the day. However as things stand at the moment for me to do that and then be lynched today would just give the mafia a guide to take a shot at Perrin. I would think that town would want me to stay around to ensure that he lives.

 

Kate, my point is that it is not just a 1 for 1 deal. If I get lynched and then Perrin gets killed, then cult gains another day and mafia gets another important town player. If I stay alive and mafia doesn't believe, they might take the shot and then I would be gone along with one of them, good for town. More likely they will kill me tonight to eliminate the possibility of losing one of their own to kill Perrin. Then you get your coroner report anyway. Why do their work for them?

 

If you were in the cult and the finder has been outed wouldn't you want to recruit him? how many days can a turned finder run the town around? 1 for sure, maybe 2 or 3? with the CL still out there that is a big gamble. I know what my PM says and it does not mesh with what BG is saying on his report. I don't know how he could have gotten that report without making it up. Who better to paint with a made up report than the one that was nearly lynched the day before until the confirmed town member with the most info (Kae) stated that it was a bad idea to lynch me. Mafia killed her last night before she could reveal why it was a bad idea. I think it was because they figured out what she would tell you. If mafia believed me to be cult they would have surely killed me instead of Kae last night. The mafia wants the cult gone as much as the town.

I really have no excuse for that last oversight. My brain apparently stopped functioning momentarily. I forgot Sakaea = Kae, and I was thinking the neighborhood watch thing had to do with a different kind of neighbor team, the ones that are masons but don't know eachother's alignment, not the team Kae and Red had been on. Yeah, I think I might need a break from mafia soon, being in multiple games at once severely diminishes my capacity for good play in any of them. I think my biggest mistake was being so durn good at mafia after starting here that everyone wanted me to join their games

 

Turin's claim actually sounds somewhat legit, but the problem is he had already been pinging me a bit before BG told us his results, and even if we didn't lynch you Turin you could still easily get recruited by mafia, losing your ability anyways. I'm not saying you're an obvious choice for mafia to recruit, but it could still happen nonetheless.

Yeah, and how did you know they were between townies? You can't claim you're just really on the ball this game, because you were all convinced on Maw, and look how that turned out.

I think it turned out fairly well considering how he was playing and his role

as for how I knew...I didn't obviously

unless you're trying to tell me you're not a townie because unless you're scum I was completely correct in my assessment about that whole spat being townie on townie violence

 

Fact of the matter is, BG was acting really scummy--plenty of people saw it, and many of them we know now were lightsworn, and thus were being honest in saying "Yeah, BG looks really suspect." Unless you want to call the entire game of players crazy, maybe you should admit that BG WAS acting really scummy and that it was only his finder claim/lack of a counterclaim/Maw's one-shot viewing that kept him alive, and nothing in his behavior.

So, how did you know, prior to BG's claim, that it was "townie on townie violence" as you like to say?

I could just tell from the way you were all acting

the way you worded things, probing for information, trying to incite reactions

early in the game that's more of a townie thing to do

you and Soy took it too far but it was still a town tell for me

 

We also had a back-up finder at the time, so it wouldn't have been a HUGE loss to confirm BG's truthfulness and get that huge WIFOM out of the way and also gain some solid information.

 

Also, part of your argument against Maw was the whole "a one-shot day finding just wouldn't make sense" and yeah, this is a Kitchen Sink game, as many people have pointed out, and you conveniently didn't acknowledge that fact and also ignored the fact that other people had "silent roles" too, which would lend more credence to Maw's claim.

 

But it's convenient for you to forget that, I guess.

no it's a weird role and not something I'd expect to see even in a kitchen sink game (which really just means that almost everyone has roles not necessarily that those roles will be "weird" or experimental)

 

Okay, seeing as how you're acknowledging BG as the finder then there is only one way you could have "known" that all the arguing persons were town. No you haven't said "I Knew you guys were town" but your insistence of that fact, when really the only one that has been confirmed as town was me 1.0, bothers me.

 

Also I believe this is the second time that Turin was close to a lynch and you bailed... maybe you didn't bail yesterday, I don't remember, but you definitely derailed his lynch and redirected to Maw, who was town, with your brilliant, unquestionably solid case, and go figure... Turin's scum.
