I revoted for BG because he still sticks out to me as being guilty. I don't believe his claim. No, I don't have any special information about him that no one else has, if I did I would certainly share it. I don't have any special abilities though. I was looking for someone else to vote for, and wanted to have a vote on someone (I don't like being a non-voter). I'm still suspicious of him. It's not like he's in much danger at this point anyway, everyone's vote is off him. I just want it to stand that I'm suspicious of his claim, I don't believe it. Yeah, Corrosive is one to watch, but at that point, I was not yet convinced of his being mafia, I think he's just overwhelmed and not sure what to say. He hasn't defended himself too well yet, but I don't know. I'm perfectly willing to go after someone else other than BG if something convincing arises.

 

Would you all prefer me to jump on the Corrosive bandwagon?

 

Given the info that we have, Corrosive may be worth another look at given this post, particularly the bold.

I find it interesting that she stuck that possible off hand deflection into a paragraph about something completely different, then gives a classic "well if you want me to I will". Sounds like she was trying to avoid getting onto a Corrosive train that had just recently sprung up, while still trying to appear open to the possibility.

I agree with Soy. Also for a while there, before we settled on lynching Spirit, the two possibilities were either Spirit or Corossive (due to scummy behavior). Spirit didn't vote for him at any point, even after she unvoted BG for the first time. Which makes you wonder why scum wouldn't take the chance of trying to deviate a bandwagon towards another player to save her own neck. So there could be something there.

He was sitting upright against a tree, a spear andsharpening stone still in his lap, not fair from Perrin and Faile’s tent. Histhroat was cut. The black shoufa hanging on his chest dripped red...

 

How had anyone gotten close enough without Gaul hearing themfor this?

Checking back in again I really don't know how yall haven't just policy lynched me for being so inactive this game. Ugh it just caught me at an awful time. The good news is two of the games I was in just wrapped up and I don't have a blog dealine for another two weeks, so I got plenty of time to catch back up again. The bad news is... I gotta catch up in this game which is enormous, and apparently we just passed night 2?!?!

Nice that we bagged a mafia, I honestly can't even remember if I had a scum read on her or not. I tried starting another reread again tonight, almost made it to page 20 before eyes started watering. Eventually I'll get finished with it tho

My math says something like 6 scum at start if there's no third-party or cult. Traditionally it's like ~25% is scum, right? 6 scum would be exactly 1/4 of the 24 players. So if we count Spirit down, then yeah...probably 5 left.

 

I HOPE there's no cult...there could be. I hate it when that suggestion is brought out, but I guess there it is. I think it could fit into flavor, too. I was originally gonna say Seanchan, but I realized Masema would be more fitting a Cult Leader in a Perrin-based game that has Shaido as the mafia. So yeah. It's a possibility.

 

So, my thoughts on people that I wouldn't mind lynching/putting pressure on today....

 

Verbal, for starters. He's had like NO presence this game. Kinda meta, but I dunno if there's been a search for a replacement for him? Regardless of THAT, I don't feel it's like him to sign up for a game and then just not be there. At all. So yeah. Pressure/lynch candidate.

 

Corrosive--the point brought up about Spirit never voting him was interesting. No point in pressuring him as we saw, but a lynch would be okay.

 

Boyo--don't give me weird looks. If BG is actually aligned Lightsworn and is the Finder, then Boyo looks a bit interesting to me. Just because of his part in the whole BG thing--granted, I do think BG was super-scummy, so it's not beyond belief that Boyo picked up on that same vibe just as much as I did, but still, it's interesting. I haven't really gotten any sort of vibe from him. Plus BG didn't actually get a reading on him N1, since he ended up on Nyn instead. So I could see his actions as being scum buddying with town. Dunno. This whole thing is just really interesting. I'm not positive on a lynch for him yet, but pressure would be great.

I just wanted to refer to this. Verbal's inactivity is actually due to the fact that his work blocked his access to Dragonmount a while back (and that's about 95% of the time he spends on DM). He assumed it would be temporary, but it wasn't. I was also told that his net connection at home is being wonky. And even on an admin level, someone is covering for him at this moment because of his inability to be online and fulfill his various commitments. I think I'll poke Ama via PM to make sure she's aware of this so she can find a replacement.

Although, I wasn't very clear with my implications, but the whole Meta thing in regards to his activity and lack of a replacement is that maybe he is active on a QT and not on DM. Does he have access to QTs at work? It does seem more likely in light of that information that he just hasn't been able to contact Ama to let her know he needs a replacement, but yeah, I was wondering if maybe he's been posting on a QT and that's why he hasn't been replaced.

sorry guys, i'm getting ready for an LoA over the holidays, going up north for the long weekand to see my mom, shush its a secret and Monday was the holiday dragon release over at DC so i was buisy trying to beef up my collection and hunt down a pesky Holly egg.

 

 

Kae's been silenced and was also RB'd last night; so we only have my list to go off of. no i wont be telling you which list it is, because i'd rather the WIFOM surrounding which one of us is watcher and which of us is tracker remain WIFOMy for them. it's bad enough both of us are outted, but atleast we're keeping their RBer away from BG.

 

now whats very interesting is that the scum didn't NK one of us, instead picking a different target. which means their probably gonna try to descredit us on thread, aand seeing how they silenced my partner this makes since. looks like Cauthon has already started this and BG is semi doing this. but seeing as i haven't gotten that re-read done, i'm twitchy about applying perssure to a finder claim with no CC.

Your results do concern me as it helps me to vet you in my own mind if truth is spoken. Many of your results can be given from insider mafia knowledge, especially if the mafia has a tracker/watcher type. I've been on a mafia team that had both before. So, until I see a list of who was targeted last night. I say nothing. RBing AND silencing Kae seems like overkill mafia.

Meesh, thats a bit of an over reaction imo. i'm simply pointing out that i dislike your reasoining for thinking Verb is a good lynch candidate. if there was somehing on thread to point to (which i realize there isn't because he's been inactive) then i wouldn't say anything.

 

but to suggest that the only reason he hasn't been replaced is because he's active on a QT board doesn't sit well with me. i can't relly explain why it doesn't sit well because this is more of a gut reaction to what your suggesting.
