I couldn't say whether he is or isn't, but I'm still sticking with my philosophy that I would rather have scum that is involved in the game playing, than town that isn't involved playing. If we lynch a town that has given us exactly zero information, we can always still make up for it with the info that the active scum has given us if we pay enough attention. We can always come back to D1 posts and make a case, but with no case at all, Amega has given us nothing to work with. And one of the advantages we have as town is numbers. We have a little more to work with, which should give us a day or two to make it work out in the end.

Ok so I got my new phone then I got in trouble for using too much of the data plan playing mafia, lol, so this is probably going to have to be my last chance before deadline, unless I make it to somewhere with wifi for lunch.

 

I really think of the two Nol is the scummy looking right now but I agree that it's kinda cruel to lynch someone on a PR, especially since tomorrow he won't be. Since the deadline is getting close and despite repeated promises of increased activity with no visible signs of it I'm going to have to join the Ameg lynch. That's a classic scum ploy and we need to start finding them we're wasting too much time on these arguments.

If Amega doesn't speak up soon, I'll be voting for him. I am reluctant to vote Nolder while he has a PR and can't really answer any questions or accusations.

 

Yeah, that's pretty much what Louii was saying as well. I can get on board that, but I don't want there to be multiple tiny trains going up against a deadline....that is a recipe for a random lynch.

 

That's why I didn't just vote for him. Competing trains right now aren't a good idea. But Amega is looking more and more to me like the best lynch atm.

 

I think I understand what you're saying here. Competing trains, while normally good, aren't good in this specific situation. If that's what you mean, I agree. If not, you'll have to explain it to me.

 

Random lynch is not an option, and I would honestly rather let Nol live to finally speak, even though it's me he is casing, hehe.

I think the term "bandwagon" has shifted meanings since I started playing mafia. Bandwagoning used to be bad. It's one thing to be on a lynch if you have serious reasons for believing someone is scum. That's NOT bandwagoning. A bandwagon is when there's a lynch started and someone jumps in and throws on a vote without much reasoning. Pretty much what Mawth did when he first checked in (if there was a lynch train started on Ley).

I agree with this post, btw. Bandwagoning seems to have changed in it's meaning slightly.

Sorry? I have checked this thread at least once each day. If I can (it was a bit hard, the last few days, but I have more time again), I'll check it multiple times a day. But don't forget I'm a busy teenager from the Netherlands, that 1) has to spend much time for school, and 2) sleeps when there is peak activity at DM.

 

And I must say Nol defended those two a bit too much... FOS Nol.

Then in that case, it appears that there have been two players who could conceivably have legit cases built against them. Nol's defending of Chrissy and Nyn seemed like scum defending his teammates. Hoof's weak case on Verb seemed like scum trying to get an early easy lynch on a townie. And at this point, if Chrissy and Nyn were indeed Nol's teammates, we should definitely see what Louii and Ed have to say.

 

At this point I will Vote Nol.
