Deliberations do not last long, and as the day draws to a close, Tiinker takes a handful of Red's hair and drags her away. All the while, Red screams, protesting her innocence, shouting declamations against her attackers.

 

Gradually, Red's cries become muffled as she is dragged behind buildings. It sounds as if the movement stops behind the woodshed.

 

There is a single gunshot, then Tiinker returns.

 

He is holding a knife caked in dried blood.

 

"You disappoint me, Red. I was hoping that you would be able to do a lot more than you did." The Lord Mod looked down from his Great White Throne, disappointed.

 

"What did you expect? I worked alone, and they ganged up on me."

 

"Oh, well," the Lord Mod said, pushing a button. Red all of a sudden found herself in a handbasket, descending a zip line over a road paved in good intentions.

 

Red, Mafia has been lynched.

It is now Night. Night ends at 8 pm Central, Monday 15 August.

I don't understand why you wouldn't believe leelou's claim however. Red was maffia, that means leelou is most likely THE healer.

Also, I feel like Lee's claim is more likely true now that Red has flipped mafia. I just see two false healer claims being a way too complicated of a plan.

 

Of course, I was "wrong" to not see Red as mafia, so I could be wrong about this, too.
