Name: Leanolle Arman

Age: 16 – Acts mature for her age.

Appearance: Dark brown hair, flowing down to her waist, fair skin, 5'3” and has a soft wispy voice that added to her attractiveness.

Personality: Quite shy, but will speak out if deemed necessary by her. Is kind to the servants and inhabitants of the land their family rules over. Has inherited her mother's sense of cunning and boldness, as well as her intelligence. When she is being sneaky, she feels as if it's thing to do, and is alot like her mother, although she doesn't cross the line as often or as openly. Nervous about strangers and withdraws into herself even more around them, but is also curious about them and wants to learn all she can.

 

 

History: Leanolle was born to the Lord and the Lady Arman, the Lord having died whilst Leanolle was being fostered at court in Lugard at the age of 10. When her father died, her mother instructed her to continue her stay at court rather than coming home. Leanolle dislikes her mother for this, her beliefs now being that she could run the land better than her mother, whom has caused the peasants living there to protest against the way she ruled. In Leanolle's mind, if her mother didn't stop what she was doing, there would be nothing left for her to inherit. Lady Arman is unwilling to compromise with the farmers or the opposing Lord, who claimed their land as his. Even with the Lord complicating the situation, the Lady still won't stop her heavy-handed rule, which has started to alienate her daughter.

 

 

Leanolle has been delegated some of the calmer areas of their land (In an attempt to pacify her by her mother) to rule over, and those provinces are the ones that have not risen up against their Lady. They consider Leanolle their Lady now, and that gives her a foothold against her mother's schemes. She has managed to use what she learned at court to rule her people firmly, yet not harshly, rather caring for them. She wants her mother gone, so she gains control, but does not wish her to die, rather just to step back, but her mother isn't as reasonable as Leanolle.

 

 

Leanolle had a solution to the problem at hand: to marry the opposing Lord's son, because she believed that with him by her side, the land would become peaceful once more. But both parents were firmly against it, not knowing that they had met at the Court in Lugard and struck a fine friendship.
