Name: Pelian Nirdon (Pel for short)

Age: 37

Appearance: Stands at 5'8”, short brown hair, starting to go bald. Broad shoulders, and muscled arms and legs from doing farm-work for his whole life.

Personality: Stubborn once he gets a thought into his head, finds it hard to admit he was wrong. Takes time to think about things, in hopes of not overlooking anything. Intelligent, but not educated, being raised on the farm. When he speaks, it's to the point, no beating around the bush. Very good with persuading people to change their train of thought to match with his.

History:

Pelian was born on a farm not far south of the Murandy-Andor border, raised by his father, his mother having died during childbirth to his younger brother, whom was born two years after Pel. Pel helped their father from the age of 5, when they could do the simpler tasks without having to be watched, and his brother started helping Pel carry out his tasks to get them done quicker. Once Pel had reached the age of 24, him and his brother were running the farm, and their father was relaxing inside the house every day. Not long after, their father caught a sickness and passed away, with Pel's younger brother falling sick, but recovering a month after. After that, his younger brother became closer to him, being the only family he had left, and would listen to Pel no matter what.

The farm grew in size as they became more successful with the produce, ending in them hiring farm hands from the surrounding farms. The farm stopped growing in size, but still produced a large income compared to the other farms. Pel let two farm hands go, leaving them with seven still to help, which was still more than was really needed. When the Lady started taxing the farm more, Pel petitioned the Lady to lower the tax, but received no reply. He left the farm in the hands of his younger brother and three farm hands, and left with the other four farm hands, all a decent shot with the bow. Pel had dug up an old sword, slightly rusty, from the attic, and led the farm hands into the woods, foraging and hunting wild animals for food, while robbing those that delivered the Lady her tax and delivering that to those farms that were in need of supplies after the raised tax. Soon after, his little group grew in number to twelve, with young men from those farms he gave to joining his cause after listening to him speak about what he was doing.
