Cyndane, don't follow your logic on stalling the vote on Halima. She is an ousted scum, mod confirmed. Honestly, I would see the scum as voting her the quickest to not stand out. In all honestly, I see this as something an innocent would be more likely to suggest; but i can also see a scum using this to try and appear to be town. It doesn't make you ore so or less scummy in my book, but the reactions your suggestion got helped a bit.

 

Semirhage, I find your response to Cyndanes musings to be very interesting; scum would use what she suggested as a way to throw more suspicion on a person and get them lynched. This is very much so worth noting.

 

 

It appears my logic might be flawed on who we can discount as being town, so Aginor will remain on my suspects list; as well Semirhage. I hope that what you guys suggest is true about the scum only receiving 1 name out of all those non-voters; but I still maintain that the scum is more likely to be an active than an inactive.

 

As for Osangar being the unofficial leader, that is my belief due to how people regard him, the lynch on you, Cyndane, and that no one seems to find him scummy excluding myself. Just because I feel he's the unofficial leader doesn't mean I will follow him nor agree with what he says; I just felt the need to note this observation and what a danger it could bring if he is in fact playing the "helpful scum role"

You know, I HAD something to say to this, but I come back to it and can only think "Okay... And?" I'm going to assume my first response was much more rude, and be happy that I'm stuck with "okay".

 

Cyndane, please note the word similar in my speculation of Rahvin. The Jester has special win conditions based on how he plays the group. The survivor schitzo appears to have had something shady up his given his actions in thread and his half red, half blue name. Similar to does not equal same as.

 

Semirhage, that is why I linked the other post. Only two players rolled negative actions. Go check. The proof you claim to be unverifiable was in Kivam's words. Stop being distracting.

Sagey, honey, telling people we are in a Kivam Gambit is rather petty. Not to mention it's probably motivated by my nearly lynching you. Not that I deserved all the credit given the time and pressure...Moving on. There seemed to be quite a bit of a movement contemplating a lynch on me, so why don't you try that for real instead? It's less petty and involves actual play.

 

Something else for Cyndane. Would you like to start discussing the hard to discuss items on the agenda? You know I am not a shy little weaking who is scared to stop hiding behind mama. I'd rather say it and be done. I've got nothing to hide, and a knife in the back only proves it.

On a more serious note, if you disagree with anything other than the discussion of the treatment of the avatar, let's talk. If it's just that, I ask you (and those who find themselves agreeing) to reassess. No whitecloak behavior, please.

Okay, either I play or not, you only get one or the other. Voicing my opinion is HOW WE ALL PLAY THIS GAME! You interpret things one way, and I interpret them others. Only one of us can be right in conflicting opinions though. So, anyways, if you're gonna just blow off me finally showing any level of interest in this game, just don't respond to me at all. Voicing yourself blowing me off is just getting on my nerves.

What about the analysis of players? I mean, come on. There's a mile long list of suspects. Whatever happened to following leads? Semi and Moridin had some intriguing posts. What do you think about them- without using defensiveness as a reason?

 

Good point. There have been quite a few posts that I have meant to analyze, but have been too busy to do so (you don't even want to know what the last two days were like for me.) Now that I have a day off, I can do this.

Alright, after your wall of disinfectant Osanger, (yes, I am calling it that, and yes, Ive read it a few times now), I am not entirely sure whether or not you're town. The mafia I have seen don't often take the time to post their thoughts on every single player during a game on the open board, except Lily, but she's not playing.

 

 

Belal talked about committing to a game and posting something, but then doesn't really post a lot after that, except to say how unconstructive Osangar's comment on lazy buggers not getting any slack.

So that's sort of what I have for now. My computer has a virus that moves the typing thing around the text-box. So if I'm typing down here, it will randomly start me typing up by Semirhage's name... and, well, I am a bit tired, so.. yeah. I am working on being more active. I actually turned my computer on today...

 

I do feel though, that this game is a little advanced for my mediocre skills. My mind feels a little violated.

I posted what I have, I admit this game is a bit over my mafia experience. Perhaps to someone who has more to say, they are useless facts, but you admit they are facts yes? Also, on Demandred, it's just one of those things... sure, Demmy could be town. Anyone could be town or mafia at this point, there are a lot of us still.

 

When I feel I have a definite opinion, I will gladly share it with you.

A funny thing about these games. Just when the mafia feel all confident and comfortable....with victory so close they can taste it. Someone like me comes along and calls the lot of them out. BULLSHANKS and GET OFF MY LAWN and such. Its never ceases to amaze me what an old man like me can see when sitting back on the porch of the Bore, watching everyone else debate and bicker and point fingers.

 

You can always tell a mafia. They never look for the bad guys because they know exactly where they are the whole time. Nah, instead they discredit and distract. I'm an old man but even I know guilty when I see it. So then, who among us has been trying to fish out mafia.....

It seems to me that you're implying that Osangar and I are on the same team. This, I do not know, for I do not know Osangar's alignment. Though from his behaviors he does seem to be trying to find the mafia, it's good town behavior.

All Im picking up on at the moment is Cyndane and Ishy.

 

Cyndane has become a lot more active and seems to be trying to look more helpful. Is this just because you barely escaped a lynch? Is this distraction to save your hide? Or is this genuine help? Im still leaning heavily towards you being scum - a bit more now that youve done a u-turn in your play style.

 

Ishy has also suddenly become more active. I have a fair idea whos behind the alt and currently Im inclined to believe what hes saying but it does raise a bit of interest in sudden appearance that Im keeping note of.

Shouldnt be complaining that people are becoming more active since I was one of those calling for it but in mafia any changes in posting must be taken note of.

First, I have been more active. I had a day off of work. As stated before.

 

As for being more helpful...perhaps I am. When you go through a day and barely beat the lynch by 1 vote, it instills something in you. Plus I just had a lot more time. *shrug* Expect more of this come Wednesday, as it starts my Thangsgiving weekend.

 

Still working on my casing, but am postponing posting it until I am done. So stay tuned.

It means you are full of crap. You’ll have to pull better names than that out of your arse if you want to make wild guesses. Probably should have asked about Rahvin or Demandred, or No One, or lastly Taim. In that order. Try again. Maybe name the role (Juggler) instead of trying to make the false info sound bad. Everyone else can please note that in that order, nothing untoward happened to the players. Until Taim. But let’s just say that I knew someone would try to kill me and I… dislocated myself. *points up to Cyndane's comment* She commented on a nice bit of bait. It does appear that I was right about how badly the mafia wanted me dead. Can you out guess me?? I doubt it. You’ll only kill me when you role block me. But that would be very bad for you since everyone will know the truth of what I’ve been saying. It makes following the leads easier for them. Leave me and you can play off… No, no, you can’t. I’ve a sneaking suspicion that there’s been more talk than action because the people who need to see, have seen. ;) Of course, I have become dangerous, so maybe it's worth the risk?
