I'd think about casting Kate Beckinsale as Moraine.  She could definitely pull of the ageless look, she's hot, and I think she could act like Moraine as well.

Possibly a heavily make-uped Johnny Depp as Thom Merrilin (or perhaps Sam Elliot or Gary Oldman)

Appearance changes? She has been in disguise once, when she posed as Tuon in KOD. Otherwise she has looked as herself, and she is very much describes as a tall, black woman. A part Grace Jones would have been perfect for, had she been 25 years younger.

I was watching Blade Runner last night. What about Joanna Cassidy as Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan. And it really doesn't matter who they cast as any of the Aes Sedai. All of them will need the same CGI treatment the Patrick Stewart got at the end of Wolverine.

Joanna Cassidy could have worked...20 years ago. She's way too old now.

 

I think Rebecca Creskoff could play a really great Elaida.
