The gist:

No taking aspirin while pregnant or breastfeeding if you're going to want grandkids. Heh.

The actual findings:

When mother lab rats are given aspirin in their water in the last week of pregnancy and first week of breastfeeding, brain development in the babies was altered in the region that controls sex drive later in life. This region functions the same in humans. When the baby lab rats grew up, there was a noticeable (though the scientist noted "mild") decrease in libido.

What's not known for sure is whether aspirin has the same effect on humans, or what dosage would be required to yield a noticeable harmful effect.

The video's final message:

Don't take any medication while pregnant or breastfeeding that isn't required (i.e., prescribed by a doctor).
