I am sorry for typos. I messed up my post and it made me want to hurry up with the follow up post to add what I had lost. It is mostly readable but I know that reading posts with typos is annoying to some.

The part I erased on accident was taking about how around this time of the posts I am quoting he was really pushing for people to read tigs catch up posts and also pushing defense for her and asking people why tig over ed. I found that to be strange. He was making a big deal over her posts and it eemed the rest of you were not so impressed and the part asking why tig over ed and how much he wanted people to pick ed and how ed was so much scummier than tig... anyone else see it that way and find it odd?

I get what you're saying but what's your opinion on it? Do you think aa scum he would be so dead set on someone he knows is town?

I really in my own mind and thoughts do not see any gd difference between what I said about being vt than anyone else claiming they are vt or town aligned all through the thread. It seems to me the only ones that need to keep secrets are special roles that mafia would want to night kill. 

 

Lesson learned but I still dont see the actual logic in it.  *shrug*

I did an iso of Ed. It took me some time.

 

To me it looks like Ed didn´t write much and got suspected for it (by Seph and others) and then he has mostly talked about how wrong Seph has. 

 

I would like some clarification.

 

Ed - you think Seph is scummy for going after you because of your low posting. But a lot of people have done that. Why focus on Seph?

 

Also - all the stuff about DPR being scummy was just a way to poke at him? So now you think he is scum but not so scummy as you said previously?

 

You liked my post where I said that I tracked TLM, but after that you questioned Seph why he thinks I´m town. Don´t you think I´m town?

Its just odd to me that you claimed with no pressure on you. Plus, scum already knows you are town but they don't know if you have an important role or not. So you just narrowed it down for them if you are in fact town.

I guess I don't have a well thought out opinion on it, It stood out to me as odd so I wanted to post it in case others missed it so that someone smarter and better at this game can do what they will with it. I had a big post talking about how I felt about this game last night. I feel better about it today. A lot better but I am still having issues coming up with original tin foil and dont want to get into making up non sense just to post some content. So I am really trying to find a way to be useful despite feeling like phoning it in. I am trying to learn how to push through frustrated moments this game seems to give me because I weirdly still like it. Thats all I got

I think I was pressuring myself. I was getting annoyed with myself that I could not seem to get anyone on my side and I knew it was my own fault for not proving myself through smart well thought posts with useful theories. I did not think it would be harmful to anyone but me but I did not even consider narrowing it down like that. Really such a thing did not cross my mind. Ugh. I suck. I have read the wiki but I still dont seem to be getting every aspect of the game yet at all. 

 

I said in my first game that I always give things I try a fair shot before I decide its not for me. I have played 2 games and part of this one and while I find the game entertaining I dont think I am smart enough for it. I keep making mistakes no one else is making. I plan to try to finish my time in the game with my best effort. I am sorry if I have caused problems for the town team. Yall can totally blame me if it all goes sideways. lol

 

I am really glad I never had to play as scum :) So I call it an over all win for a venture into a game I always wanted to try.

I realise that I won´t have the time or energy to re-read the thread. Will do some isoing instead. Starting with Dice.

 

It´s clear that he is town reading Zander and Lenlo. Dice, are you usually good at reading Lenlo? You said in the beginning of the game that an arguing Lenlo is a townie Lenlo. Is there anything else that tells you that he is town? 

 

It seems that you are town reading DPR. You said that you didn´t think he would be as obvious as mafia. And you told Zander that you would cop him. What is your thoughts about him now? Actually, it would be great to get a list with your reads about all of the players. I like your "tone" in this game and if you are town then I will relay on your reads. (Well, if you are not it would be good to have your thoughts out there anyway.)

 

Are your intentions today to vote Ed? If so, why haven´t you already?

 

You said that you would go after Killa if Adam turned up town but you haven´t. Forgotten about that or simply changed your mind? (And if so, why?)

 

 

Do you still feel like Seph is suspicious? What do yout think about Ed voting him? 

 

 

 

I got a townie feeling from Dice but it would be good to see some answers to these questions.

I don't think anyone is really smart enough for this game. As you can tell I mess up a hell of a lot. You're a good player, not thinking of every possibility doesn't make you stupid..it makes you human.

 

It seems this game is wearing on a lot of people. That's a big concern. No one wants to play when they arent having fun. I still am, despite everyone's scummy read on me but it happens. Don't give up on it until you get to be scum once so you can see it from all sides.

I've been trying to skim through while at work so I'm less overwhelmed later when i catch up. I will say this, abd this is largely directed at Zander.

 

If i recall, you got all butthurt before when you felt like it was implied like you weren't putting in the work. Well if you dont like it then dont dish it out either.

 

I've been extremly transparent about my schedule. You know when i have time off because i flat out say it. If i see something worth c9mmenting on, i do. I'm not going to post fir the sake of posting or to try to cater to your impossible standards. So back off.

 

Irt my scum game, my last one was clov's game, final fantasy. Have at it.

 

Was that the game you won with iirc Liz in it?

 

And i dont expect you to "post for the sake of posting" nor did I say that.

 

I expect to see stuff i associate with Town!Nyn.  Ive spoken to you enough as Town!Nyn when i wasnt playing a game even with you to see the kinda manic/need to figure it out/hates to be wrong and thinks she may or did let people down kinda Nyn.  And even in games we were both in and both Town that style tends to show itself through your posts and the stuff/content you choose to discus/comment/ask questions about.

 

I also look for the patented Town!Nynattiude that I enjoy but can sometimes rub those who dont know you the wrong way.  Scum!Nyn can kinda somewhat replicate this, but it doesnt have the same genuineness or not the same "bite" to it so to speak.

 

And as to your scheduling comment, I dont know why you brought that up at least irt me, Ive even said in this game I know your schedule and I knew youd be busy, not to mention the fact we talk everyday away from the game.  Im not expecting the same volume from you, Im expecting still tho to see the same things just not as much.  Like on somewhat a lesser scale.  The issue I have with you now is again not the # of posts you've its the tone/content/feel of the posts and the lacking of the previously above mentioned stuff.  Its like i see traces of it sometimes while others not so much.

 

And irt the Red.  I didnt even imply nor say this to you so i again not sure why its here?

 

And my bold seems to contradict itself kinda but its like I expected less obv but Im still not seeing it get to the level of less I expected if that makes sense?

Thought about if it was a good idea to share this or not but here I go.

 

I´m a one time tracker and I chose to track The Laughing Man yesterday to see what would happen. He didn´t visit anyone. It´s a bit confusing to me since that give us no clue to what he actually does in this game. Or maybe he is just so good at hiding himself and I couldn´t see him? In that case I just wasted my track but I thought I would give it a chance. Maybe someone has seen something during the night that could confirm this later or get to learn something that I can´t. (I´m not saying that you should reveal anything right away though.) 

 

You really used a x1 peek on an NPC and on N1?!!?!?!?

 

I dont even know why it is youre claiming here.

 

You have any games that you can remember where youre a Town PR and any games where you were Scum and fake claimed a PR?

 

Why are you assuming others would have the same very similar role as you??

Especially since youre a new player which Id have to assume (correct me if im wrong please) Im not sure how (no offense meant) youd honestly know when it was good to use any type of pr unless youve been one and even then only if you had the same one.

 

 

One more thing. I feel that Lenlo´s vote on Adam was another "safe" vote after voting TLM. Now he wrote some posts that I thought looked good so I will focus on him when I re-read. Tied to that is DPR. Ed is right about the last game. DPR was mafia with me and he chose a few things to focus on so to look busy and steer the conversation like he wanted. Maybe he is doing it with Lenlo and the TLM talk? I´ve had a town read on DPR so far but I will look at that too. 

 

About as safe as say claiming a N1 peek on the same NPC and saying nothing was seen?!?!!?!?

Don't really wanna be ITT right now, honestly. 

 

cliff version post catch up is town lean on: Zander, Sooh, Nini. I think the whole Zander vs. Sooh thing is v/v violence that is mixed up with a lot of none game related stuff and a whole lot of stubbornness. irt Nin, I've liked her recent posts and the unprompted claim gives her some brownie points too. It can't be vetted that I can see, but it seems too random and verging on lame, claim wise.  Plus It's not like she was even in danger of getting lynched. So I tend to believe her. Not that being a tracker guarantees town but I just can't see a reason why scum would just announce it the way she did. Feels more like it was done to put more info on the table and that's a positive thing in my book.

 

dice and Seph null to town. Feel better on dice than Seph, for the mere fact that I just know him better.

 

Lenlo and DPR nullish. I probably feel better about Lenlo than DPR, because I did like the way Lenlo started out, but then it sorta waned. DPR seems kinda slimmy which is pretty universal for him, granted. Some of his posts seem very clear to me where's others it feels like he's mucking things up. Possibly on purpose. He's typically not an easy read but I'm definitely watching him.

 

Killa, ed, Tigs are my top three for scum. Killa, not sure i buy the whole newbie/clueless routine. I do know for a fact she was mentored by shad in my game, but I didn't really read up on the mentor qt. If I get a breather tomorrow I might take a peek and see if stuff she asked about or claiming ethics was already explained to her by shad. ed, same feelings as before. I don't really feel he stepped it up, as some described. He's mostly just posting more but it still kinda feels without. Though something he said kinda gave me pause and I'm not sure what to make of it. But I'm not going to get into it, still thinking about it. Irt tigs, like I said, not getting why everyone is liking her catch up posts so much. Seems pretty eh to me. I'm pretty underwhelmed. The stance on the whole "I am town" statements was questionable as well (also, @Tigs, I've seen you say several times that you weren't the only one who didn't say it. Who else didn't???).

with the amount of refusal to listen to sense and nitpicking at people he has done this game he may very well be scum. If I had a hero shot this game I would definitely shoot here.

It was said because you have on numerous occasions commented about me "not doing enough in my time off". Well guess what, I have a demanding job and on my time off I'm not going to be glued to the laptop 24/7. I do however put in my dues and it irritates me when you make comments that make it sound otherwise. Take that as you will.

Nyn- you're being nyn. In every game I've ever played with you, I have found your play style scummy...even when you were town. I feel like I take that into account when reading your posts so even when I find them scummy, I discount that feeling because you always seem scummy. It was always the same with Lily. So you seem scummy to me. Everyone can take that as they will.

I answered most of those questions in later posts. Granted not very well but I did cover them mostly.

 

I didn't see you answering how darthe's flip impacted your reads to the point that you had to just toss away what you claimed you wrote up.
