I modded a recent game where Darthe's team made it to three scum lylo and hard bussed to F3 at his direction because he thought that would give them a more certain chance of winning than just trying to softly play the pre-existing v/v violence going into the phase.

 

It worked so I can't knock it but I'm pretty confident that the scenario you presented could have unfolded in a manner other than tossing in the towel.

 

Not terribly likely that it would be scum's top priority course of action but people predict thread states and hop on the ball early or make mistakes and get themselves in unintended situations and then make the most of it.  I haven't explored the exact context as thoroughly as I would like yet but I'm not going to rule it out on a premise that scum would always ensure there is one town wagon.

I mean I've seen w/w trains D1 more than once and the oh s---- button in scum QT usually activates "which of us should take the fall here" mode.

I agree with the logic of Tigraine being scum team so far. I want to see her respond. Ya'll have been on it for ages and not a peep from her. Looks bad man.

 

I still am seriously null on darthe and Tress. I just dont see anything from either that reads wolf or village. I know I am unfamiliar with their play style so O am really relying on those I town read to figure it.

You should have a thicker skin from playing more mafia right...? That's my thinking and its not a good town look for you.

Tress has been saying things that feel genuine and I don't know that it's completely backed up by content yet but it feels like she'll get there in time.  Would need to ISO other games to solidify something sooner--which I've done very little of so far here relatively speaking--but I'm guessing Cory's just ahead of me on the curve on her and I'll get to his read for roughly the same reasons.

Theodore Fortier loved to please in his own special way, and he was doing just that. Partygoers swayed to the saucy Jazz tune that he was bringing to life with his Saxophone. When the band called for a break he stepped into a quiet area to watch the glamorous people all dolled up in their finest attire.

He eyed the buffet and thought about wandering over to see what delights it held. He should have paid more attention to his surroundings, however, because before he stepped out to the party, something grabbed him from the shadows.
