There is no reason for him to not give details of his claimed role other than he wants to not be pinned down by tonight's results.

It's weird to be saying this when the person hasnt shown up. Youre complaining about me not giving you the info you want when I wasnt here to gove it, and a natural reaction is to complain about me not being here.

 

Tldr this isnt an actual concern, it's a push.

 

 

Wrong. You should have posted the mechanics when you revealed the role to provide credibility, of which you currently have none.

 

Your not being here after your reveal is ridiculous and just makes you look worse, which is hard to believe and yet you manage it.

I don't believe there is a coroner role in the game, fwiw. From what I know about game balance, it makes no sense from a setup perspective.

 

Darthe made a convenient claim to get out of a lynch, and hasn't bothered to come back and answer legitimate questions. And as a claimed power role, he lived through the night, which kinda adds to my not believing him.

 

I mean, do you honestly believe him?

Coroner makes perfect sense in a game with a janitor. It's keeping powers in check so that mafia cant run amok if they do happen to kill a cop or whatnot.

 

Especially makes sense with any sort of rolestop, etc.

Not really, no. Im here because its not fair not to be, but im busy irl and ive been sussed all game, for god only knows what reasons.

OK, so... you contend that you really are town coroner, and you refuse to go into detail about how your role works... and you got no result from targeting Sooh N2 because... roleblocked by mafia?

Also, regarding the Coroner role, it's not like there aren't multiple sites that feature multiple variation. Mafiascum even has it listed as a Town and Mafia role, depending on which way the mod builds the game.

 

For this game, it wouldn't work at all - there aren't enough players and the fight dynamic prevents too many pr's from effectively existing. Also, because it's been said too many times, there is no way there are 4 scums. The math tells you that much and I'm assuming Clov is experienced.

 

So, no Coroner and no 4 mafia members.

I'm not claiming cop.  And I'm certainly not counterclaiming Darthe.

 

Hardclaim: Town Watcher

 

Night 1 I watched my strongest town read - BFG.  Mafia chose to kill Sooh, but I did see one person target BFG that night.  My assumption at the time was that person was town and probably targeted her for the same reason I did, because she was clearly town. 

 

Night 2 I really thought hard about whether to believe Darthe.  I almost watched him.  Finally decided I was going to go with my gut and watch BFG again. Guess who I saw target her the night she died?

 

Darthe.

 

So now Darthe can come in with his "oh clearly she's lying" speech... or maybe he'll be smart and not cast doubt on me because anyone who has played with me before knows this is not my scum game.  And he'll probably raise the WIFOM of a bus driver because he desperately needs you not to lynch him today.  

 

If I were you, I wouldn't let him walk again.

Watcher is a much better fit in a game this size with a Janitor.

1. Ironeyes - Seems non-committal to me. He's played this game far too long to be saying things like he needs to stop sheeping.

 

2. Seph - Need to hear his thoughts after lynch today.

3. Songstress - Claimed Watcher. Guilty on Darthe.

4. Nolder (Wildfire Sedai) - Won't read thread. Has gone for low-hanging fruit while claiming others are not game solving.Not good after Wifi's D1 - I find it very hard to believe he wouldn't want to read that.

 

5. Crusher - MIA. Tied with Hally for sleeper candidate.

 

6. Me

 

7. Dicetosser1 - Not overly helpful this game, but not blasting everything through a megaphone either. We'll see.

My top 2 atm are:  Nolder & ed. Nol is my top pick here, based on Wifi's play and his lack of play.

Darthe stared down at his opponent, his knees planted on the outside of the man's hips.  In the industry, we call this 'the mount'.  Darthe held the man's throat with one arm and punched again and again with his other arm.  Each blow landed squarely on the man's cheek.  A mixture of sweat and spit dripped down into the man's eyes.  

 

His opponent pulled Darthe closer by the neck and lunged his forehead into his nose.  Darthe jolted upwards, and capitalizing on his momentum, his opponent bucked Darthe forwards.  A moment later, the man was upright and launching a barrage of his own.  A series of lefts, rights, and raccoons ((editor's note: this is because my partner is Canadian, and they freaking use raccoons in McDonald's gangfights in her motherland)) left Darthe dazed and confused.  When he finally regained his composure, he was met with an uppercut that sent him flying backwards.  Call him Shawne Merriman, because he was lights out. 

 

 

Darthe has been lynched!  He was -

Granted, Darthe tried to call people out as scum tend to do on the tail end of their deaths... but with Noldy voting DPR and Darthe putting his name out there.

 

Makes me wonder if he was trying to deflect from him

I told you it was a win win and that I was happy with either lynch. DPR is the more dangerous of the two, people tend to be convinced by his BS. 

 

Note how instead of levying a case against Darthe he spent his time setting me up as the next target.
