if i were in his position i would always claim a PR if i was likely to go down, given the nobody being directly able to CC thing, and coroner would make sense

 

if there was someone who could CC this, i would expect them to either vote no lynch or darthe

 

i'd like to ask that the darthe voter, if he or she is not CCing, move his or her vote off of Darthe to some other location, to make it clear that that is not what is happening

 

this is predicated on the hope that this person is keeping up with the thread somewhat and will, as such, be able to and actively be paying enough attention to do such

Also of note; there is a very high likelihood of some other killing power, whether town or scum, or other deadly mechanic in this game that would make a coroner make sense in any way

likelihood of scum being entirely in the non-posters is low

 

i think there's a solid chance of one of them being scum, though, obviously

 

three scum makes sense given the size of the game, alternatively possibly some sort of 3p role with kp and two stronger scum PRs

This post is really bad, like really bad.  I don't see how town you makes it, actually.  A few reasons for that.

 

The first is that it is an entire line of reasoning based on getting a result from assumptions.  You have to try and interpret what a vote on me means and why it's there, and the ultimate goal of that is to provide info you can't rely on getting from a source that is.. well.. reliable.  

 

The second kinda ties into the first, and it's that you are effectively opening the door for wolves (or you, which would make you a wolf) to vote me and then using that vote from an unknown source to justify pulling votes on to me from a convenient location - - > yourself.  

 

The third is that you've made a strong case for how logical and good you are at mafia but for a townie that had skill they'd see both of the first two points above pretty easily.  

 

The fourth is that you've STILL NEVER EXPLAINED YOUR CASE ON ME TO ME.  

 

The fifth is that your last two lines go out of their way to apologize for everything you said before.  

 

 

So, all of that said, I don't want to no lynch today.  You're very likely a wolf from the above and if you're town you're so deep in a tunnel that I frankly want you dead to not deal with this any more.  You already blew my cover, what more damage can you do?

I'm gonna make this less confusing, because this is just a mess and it's straight inviting wolves to mess with us.  

 

If someone wants to CC me you're welcome to try, but a vote today isn't going to do it.  It's not clear in the message it sends and we don't know the messenger.  Save it for day and if you don't believe in me then vote no lynch and leave it there until day.  That's going to give the town a voice here without risk and gives us a sense of where the group is at.

 

All that said,  I am the coroner.  No counterclaim is coming, and if one does then it's a wolf conceding themselves for me which I'll trade given the circumstances.

you are saying that a fake claim during a period where only two people can post and you were the more likely person to die is completely irrational? because it isn't

 

i get what you're saying, i do, and i didn't think about it that way

 

was assuming if you were telling the truth nobody would be voting for you because it would be idiotic to do so as a scum, but would be the only way to communicate a message if there was a legitimate counterclaim

 

i've made a what case for how good i am as mafia? i'm not sure what point you're trying to make, but i also don't see how i would make that ^ mistake as scum, because i would know that i'd be coordinating some sort of strange signal or whatever, and thus wouldn't be proposing it as a legitimate strategy knowing that it would have holes in it. as it is, you are correct that the system doesn't work as well as it might, but you also can't argue that your claim should be believed 100%

 

i do believe it, and it would be stupid not to, but i was also curious to look at the voting and was trying to figure out any reason why anyone would vote you 

 

anywho i explained all the case there was at the beginning, now i seem to have been wrong and you're claiming town and there's legitimately no point in talking about my prior scumread of you anymore, given that you're either town or going to be killed fairly expediently

the only situations in which it's a wolf messing with us is if a)i'm a wolf and somehow decided to draw very blatant, bad, and obvious connections between myself, themselves, and you or b)for some reason a wolf decided to out themselves and vote for you, despite knowing that likely nobody else would do so

 

that said there are ways it could not work, and it's not foolproof so you're probably right
