In short, you first claimed suspicion toward them (Kizzy Clov slot) and then you reversed your opinion based on the argument that you've never seen a situation where so many people have agreed on a point (on D1 I believe) and not mislynched.

 

You flip-flopped. And that's fine when new information is the reason for the updated opinion, but that's not the case here - you've admitted to changing your mind based on the number of players that also saw post #309 as a scum-tell. That type of reasoning, in my opinion, bears a strong likelihood to a fellow scummer who was trying to present one image and then realized their mates were building a train faster than expected.

 

After you changed your opinion, you've been consistent in reminding people why - another flag for me.

 

And, both Lizbeth and MrsClov have chatted with you, favoring you and your logic, while all three of you have cast suspicion over Darthe.

This post was confusing, because it seemed like you were answering her question, but talking to me.

 

As for your points themselves, they aren't bad ones. They come to the wrong conclusion, but I see what you're getting at.

 

But if you keep heading down this path, I see you being responsible for 1, maybe 2 mislynches.

 

Another point you've made about me is my apparent circular logic. It isn't intentional. I don't even know when I did it.

 

This whole thing is null because while it seems like good logic on the surface, it's leading to townie death. Scum!you would know that.

 

The bolded bugs me. from that sentence it looks like eldrick is setting dpr up, and that he knows he is going to mislynch.  As town I only talk about a mislynch if its on my slot, because it should be the only slot that I should know, or if its someone im strongly town reading perhaps. The way this is worded is extremely concerning and I would rather lynch this slot over the hydra anyday.

I haven't fully caught up but eldrick seems to be going with the flow of the thread / sheeping.

1. lizclov gets heat, and he votes her
2. lizclov gets unvoted, and he unvotes calling her town
3. more people come in throw down heat and he redacts the town read.
4.has notbob town, once he gets some heats votes him. (he might of had some content here, but im going off recent posts with dice. not fully caught up)

ill try to iso but I don't see eldrick coming up with anything genuine when it comes to finding scum. He seems to be taking a backseat in hopes to avoid suspicion imo.

Honestly, I feel like votes on Darthe and Eldrick are misguided. I can't say as much about votes on LizClov, but they are proving difficult to figure out this game. 

 

The problem with your analysis is its Day 1 and other than some kind of meta mumbo jumbo one or both are just as likely scum.  I get it...this place like to keep their BFFs around to mid to late game but without blood in the water there is no way to know if they are dirty.

I would rather vote eldrick for the things i have gone over throughout the thread, the reasons are pretty spread out though. I see more of a frustrated townie i lizclov than anything else, but that is considering the tone as well. however the early game leaves a nagging feeling. The way eldrick is posting about lizclov leads me to believe that he knows they are town, and he is trying extremely hard to make sure he gets townie points when they flip.

It doesn't read to me as someone just defending a read. I am not sure I could defend anyone but possibly cuth atm that hard, even then I still wouldn't be 100%

 

Cuth posted something about it as well, but we both posted the same thoughts on numerous occasions while trying to gamesolve. I am not sure where he saw eldrick do this. I may be forgetting but eldrick just sheeped him. If I am wrong on that last part, someone please let me know.

IMO the majority of players in this thread have done 0 scum hunting. I've already pointed out why I thin that about Darthe and DPR because all they've done is parrot the same things other people have said without actually exploring anything themselves.

At this point my dont' want to lynch today pile is Cuth, Seph, Eldrick, Darthe, Dice,  and probably Sooh and Cass. I don't really have a read on Hallia at the moment, but MrsClov is confident she's town so I'm williing to go with that.

 

My most willing to lynch pile at the moment is notbob, tinker, spoof (has he even posted yet?)

 

I can't remember anything that Kronos has done but I know he's posted.

I've played with him before. I've played with multiple different versions of him on my homesite. When he finally started reacting to me pushing on him it read to me as emotional (not going to use the other description that comes to mind, because I'm trying to be nice) rather than manipulative. It's what I expect from town Darthe. I'd expect him to be more smooth and manipulative as scum darthe. I've never played with scum darthe before, but it fits with my town experience with him and advice I've gotten from other players about how to differentiate his town from scum play.

I've caught Darthe twice now because of his tunneling. He gets locked on someone and just doesn't listen to reason.

 

Last game he managed to get away with it because of a stellar late game move, but I had him figured out for a good portion of the game (Incidentally, I think that's why he wasn't surprised I suspected him again this game)

 

 

Doesn't sound like you've played with my main man Darthe before. Him tunnelling doesn't mean his not paying attention to other things (sometimes) and the only person who is going to change his mind is his own. I think he knows this and does it as scum just as much to negate meta reads.

Then you drop your vote on NB without building much of a case at all.
