Shipping Information
Jewelry items may need to be cast by the manufacterer after they are ordered. In some cases, please allow up to 7 business days to have your order shipped. Shipping times listed at check-out do not include the time it takes to cast your item(s).
Return Policy
There is a 30-day return policy on all jewelry items. To request a return, email Store@dragonmount.com with Refund Request in the subject line. Items may be returned at the buyer's cost to the return address listed in the paperwork that comes with your order. Refunds will be issued via check mailed in the US Postal Mail. Please allow up to 60 days to receive the refund.
