Shipping & Returns

Processing Time Dragonmount is a small business with few resources. For this reason, we typically process our orders once a week. Once the orders have been processed, the orders are sent to to the manufacturers or publishers, who then have their own lead times.

For this reason, it may take up to 2 weeks before your items ship. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. If you have a special need to receive your items much more quickly, please send us an email, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Information
Jewelry items may need to be cast by the manufacterer after they are ordered. In some cases, please allow up to 14 business days to have your order shipped. Shipping times listed at check-out do not include the time it takes to process your order or cast your item(s).

Return Policy
There is a 30-day return policy on all jewelry items. To request a return, email Store@dragonmount.com with Refund Request in the subject line. Items may be returned at the buyer's cost to the return address listed in the paperwork that comes with your order. Please allow up to 60 days to receive the refund, which will be issued to you via PayPal.

At this time we do not accept returns on Wheel of Time comic books or graphic novels unless they are damaged in shipment.
