Dabel Brothers Productions has published a preview of issue #6 of their NEW SPRING graphic novel series. Here’s the press release, along with the images. The release for issue #6 (of 8 total) is May 20 of this year.

I didn’t notice it before, but yes, it does seem they have Lan speaking Ryne’s line on the last panel. I wonder if they can fix that in time. The artwork I believe is better in the first 5 issues although some panels above look pretty good. Its the long shots that don’t look as detailed or colored as the older issues. I have several copies of the first 5 issues and the artwork was fantastic. The new EOTW one looks to have better artwork as well. Just my two cents.

i just noticed, the sketch is not very accurate. i doubt if that is how the way swordsmen handle swords. Lan’s sword in the book does not seem like a Japanese Samurai but the drawing makes it seem to appear so. correct me if im wrong.

Finally, after waiting almost 4 years, the remaining issues will be shipped! I’m pretty excited.

Yea, a month ago they said the end of April. I went in asking for it. Isn’t this why Jordan pulled the project the first time? These do not look as nice as did the others. Rough Draft maybe?
