Dragonmount is excited to announce the opening of its new beta-version community site. http://community.dragonmount.com is an experiment in mixing a light-weight forum with elements of live chat and social networking. You can use your existing Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, or Yahoo ID’s (not to mention your DMail account!) to login. This is a live beta, meaning we’ll be working on things as we go. There’s a place for you to leave feedback, and we’d love to hear from you. Hope to see you there! |

It looks pretty good, but I prefer ordinary discussion forums. They seems to encourage—well—discussion more than social networking things.

Agreed. I hate all of the social networking crap. Plain old forums will forever be my medium of choice.

This news about the beta community dragonmount thing or whatever it is called sounds sort of interesting and the other news you guys publish as well. But all in all I have to agree with the first two comments. Stick to the normal dragonmount guys. I like dragonmount as a source for TWOT news, and mabye buying books and occasionally leaving comments but not a social network type of thing!
I was just wondering dragonmount when we might hear some news tidbits about TOM-the next book in TWOT series. Keep up the good work guys.

Meh… I prefer discussion.
