On July 1, 2008, Dabel Brothers announced that they plan to publish the entire Wheel of Time as comics and graphic novels. Dabel Brothers will produce and distribute the comics while the graphic novels will be distributed by Del Rey. The first issue is scheduled for December 2008.

The prequel novella New Spring was being adapted to a comic book series by Dabel Brothers Production and published by Red Eagle Entertainment. Due to a variety of reasons, only five of the intended eight issues were published.
